【摘要】：正為貫徹落實黨中央國務院加快推動農(nóng)業(yè)"走出去"的重要指示精神,積極響應國家"一帶一路"倡議,促進農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,發(fā)揮中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院建制性科技優(yōu)勢和國家農(nóng)業(yè)智囊團作用,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院海外農(nóng)業(yè)研究中心(簡稱"海外中心")于2016年1月成立。海外中心是在農(nóng)業(yè)對外合作部際聯(lián)席會議指導下,由中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院相關(guān)業(yè)務管理部門、專業(yè)研究所共同參與組建的非法人單位,是以重大科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新任務為紐帶,跨領(lǐng)域、跨學科、跨部門的致力于海外農(nóng)業(yè)
[Abstract]:In order to implement the important indicator of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to accelerate the promotion of agricultural "Get out of here.", the State Council is actively responding to the national "One Belt and One Road" initiative, promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side, and playing the role of the formed scientific and technological advantages of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the national agricultural think tank. The Overseas Agricultural Research Center ("overseas center") of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences was established in January 2016. The overseas center, under the guidance of the inter-ministerial joint meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Foreign Cooperation, is a non-legal entity formed by the relevant business management department and the professional research institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. It is a joint, cross-disciplinary, interdisciplinary, Cross-sectoral commitment to overseas agriculture
