【摘要】："一帶一路"是我國現(xiàn)階段最重要的對外開放戰(zhàn)略,該倡議的提出不但順應世界經濟的發(fā)展,而且也是我國作為世界第二大經濟體,履行大國責任的重要舉措。"一帶一路"是一個創(chuàng)新性的國際合作平臺,具有很強的開放性,旨在為全球經濟發(fā)展提供一個更加公平包容的合作共贏體系。本文在全球價值雙環(huán)流的框架下,從必然性、發(fā)展階段、經濟內涵等方面全面地分析了"一帶一路"這一國際合作平臺,研究結果表明中國處于全球經濟承上啟下的位置,通過與發(fā)展中經濟體、發(fā)達經濟體的貿易分工,帶動了更大區(qū)域的資源優(yōu)化配置,為全球經濟特別是發(fā)展中經濟體的發(fā)展帶來了新的動力。"一帶一路"倡議的深化推進,將進一步強化這一作用,促進更深層次的國際經濟合作與交往。
[Abstract]:"Belt and Road Initiative" is the most important strategy of opening up to the outside world at the present stage. This initiative is not only in line with the development of the world economy, but also an important measure for China, as the second largest economy in the world, to fulfill the responsibilities of the great powers. " Belt and Road Initiative is an innovative international cooperation platform with strong openness and aims to provide a fairer and more inclusive cooperation and win-win system for global economic development. Under the framework of double circulation of global value, this paper comprehensively analyzes the international cooperation platform of "Belt and Road Initiative" from the aspects of necessity, stage of development and economic connotation, and the research results show that China is in the position of connecting the previous and the next in the global economy. Through the division of trade with developing economies and developed economies, it has led to the optimal allocation of resources in larger regions, which has brought new impetus to the development of the global economy, especially the developing economies. " The deepening of Belt and Road Initiative's initiative will further strengthen this role and promote deeper international economic cooperation and exchanges.
