【摘要】：隨著我國“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,中俄兩國關(guān)系不斷推進(jìn),兩國在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等領(lǐng)域的合作不斷深化。在這種背景下,各類工程項(xiàng)目不斷增多,然而兩國建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范存在差異,為保障建筑工程的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,對(duì)該類文件的翻譯要求也隨之提高。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告以《建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)范СНиП2.02.05-87》翻譯項(xiàng)目為例,將目的論作為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合項(xiàng)目文本的功能及目的,對(duì)翻譯的各個(gè)步驟,包括譯前準(zhǔn)備和分析以及校對(duì)等過程進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與分析,最后選取翻譯過程中遇到的典型案例,運(yùn)用詞類轉(zhuǎn)換、詞義的引申、詞匯的增減譯、調(diào)整語序以及拆分句子等翻譯技巧,歸納和分析翻譯和校對(duì)過程中出現(xiàn)的誤譯、錯(cuò)譯現(xiàn)象。最后,筆者歸納總結(jié)了該項(xiàng)目中存在的不足,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)吸取教訓(xùn),為今后標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范類文件的翻譯提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of China's "Belt and Road Initiative" strategy, the relations between China and Russia continue to advance, and the cooperation between the two countries in infrastructure and other fields continues to deepen. In this context, various types of engineering projects are increasing, but there are differences between the two countries in building standards and codes. In order to ensure the progress and quality of construction projects, the translation requirements for such documents are also improved. This translation practice report takes the translation project of Building Standards and codes as an example, taking Skopos Theory as a guide, combining the functions and purposes of the project text, and taking each step of translation into account. It includes pre-translation preparation and analysis as well as proofreading and other processes to summarize and analyze, finally, select the typical cases encountered in the translation process, using part-of-speech conversion, extension of the meaning of the word, word addition and subtraction translation. The translation techniques such as adjusting word order and separating sentences are used to induce and analyze the phenomena of mistranslation and mistranslation in the process of translation and proofreading. Finally, the author summarizes the shortcomings of the project, summarizes the experience and lessons learned, and provides a reference for the translation of standard and normative documents in the future.
