【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,沿線區(qū)域一批港口、園區(qū)等樞紐性節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)成就斐然。然而,在這些節(jié)點(diǎn)建設(shè)中也面臨功能單一、與當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)接有限、拓展性不足等問(wèn)題。因此,應(yīng)以新興發(fā)展節(jié)點(diǎn)的新思路認(rèn)識(shí)、規(guī)劃此類快速發(fā)展中的樞紐性區(qū)域。對(duì)相關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)采取以"城市化"為核心的綜合性發(fā)展思路,以"港—城融合"、"園區(qū)拓展"方式提升沿線新興節(jié)點(diǎn)的發(fā)展能級(jí),使之成長(zhǎng)為具備"一帶一路"要素流動(dòng)樞紐和當(dāng)?shù)匕l(fā)展"增長(zhǎng)極"雙重作用的核心城市。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting the "Belt and Road" initiative, a number of ports, parks and other pivotal nodes along the region have achieved remarkable achievements. However, in the construction of these nodes, there are some problems, such as single function, limited docking with local development strategy, insufficient expansibility and so on. Therefore, based on the new ideas of new development nodes, this kind of fast-growing pivotal region should be planned. The relevant nodes should adopt a comprehensive development thinking with "urbanization" as the core, and upgrade the development level of the emerging nodes along the route by means of "port-city integration" and "park expansion". It grows into a core city with the functions of "Belt and Road" factor mobility hub and "growth pole" of local development.
