【摘要】：正一、引言近年來,隨著中國經濟結構調整和轉型升級,文化產業(yè)及對外文化貿易得到越來越多的重視,取得了長足發(fā)展,對外文化投資也逐漸興起。對外文化投資是政府引導下的市場行為,以國際通行的公平交易方式,使中國文化走向世界,在潛移默化中傳播中國文化。一方面,它可以有效打開當地文化市場,拓展海外市場規(guī)模,增加文化"走出去"的廣度;另一方面,更能夠深入發(fā)掘當地文化市場,最大限度地為文化產品與服務"走出去"創(chuàng)造
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the adjustment and upgrading of China's economic structure, more and more attention has been paid to the cultural industry and foreign cultural trade, and great progress has been made, as well as cultural investment abroad. Foreign cultural investment is the market behavior under the guidance of the government, which makes Chinese culture go to the world and spread Chinese culture in the process of imperceptibly moving towards the world by means of international fair trade. On the one hand, it can effectively open the local cultural market, expand the scale of overseas markets, and increase the breadth of cultural "going out"; On the other hand, the local cultural market can be deeply explored to maximize the "go out" of cultural products and services.
