【摘要】：全球貿(mào)易治理機(jī)制為戰(zhàn)后經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的迅速發(fā)展作出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。但是,全球貿(mào)易治理體系改革滯后導(dǎo)致了治理低效率問(wèn)題。全球性的新問(wèn)題接連爆發(fā),反全球化的浪潮愈演愈烈,迫切需要加快全球貿(mào)易治理機(jī)制的改革與完善。中國(guó)加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,其在全球貿(mào)易治理中的角色已經(jīng)從"適應(yīng)規(guī)則""、參與規(guī)則"逐步向"引領(lǐng)規(guī)則"轉(zhuǎn)變,在全球貿(mào)易治理中的話語(yǔ)權(quán)也不斷提升,中國(guó)日益成為加快全球貿(mào)易治理機(jī)制改革和完善的引領(lǐng)者。
[Abstract]:The global trade governance mechanism has made outstanding contributions to the rapid development of postwar economic globalization. However, the lagging reform of the global trade governance system has led to inefficient governance. The global new problems erupt one after another, and the tide of anti-globalization becomes more and more fierce. It is urgent to speed up the reform and perfection of the global trade governance mechanism. After China's entry into the World Trade Organization, its role in global trade governance has changed from "adaptation rules" to "leading rules", and its right to speak in global trade governance has also been continuously enhanced. China has increasingly become a leader in accelerating the reform and improvement of the global trade governance system.
