【摘要】：中國(guó)在"一帶一路"雙向投資格局中具有重要地位,同時(shí)面臨各種國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際層面的投資政策障礙。作為"一帶一路"的倡導(dǎo)國(guó)及重要資本輸出國(guó),中國(guó)應(yīng)在制定域內(nèi)投資規(guī)則中發(fā)揮更加積極的作用,把握好構(gòu)建域內(nèi)投資規(guī)則的總體原則,針對(duì)不同類型的國(guó)家采取分類協(xié)調(diào)措施,并且做好促進(jìn)投資便利化、完善投資爭(zhēng)端解決機(jī)制、協(xié)調(diào)投資規(guī)則一致性等重點(diǎn)工作,促進(jìn)域內(nèi)投資合作關(guān)系的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China plays an important role in Belt and Road's two-way investment pattern and faces various domestic and international investment policy obstacles. As an advocate of "Belt and Road" and an important capital exporter, China should play a more active role in formulating regional investment rules and grasp the general principles of constructing regional investment rules. Aiming at different types of countries, we should take classified and coordinated measures to promote investment facilitation, perfect investment dispute settlement mechanism, coordinate the consistency of investment rules, and promote the healthy development of investment cooperation relations in the region.
