【摘要】：正有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)作為河池市重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),如何借助"一帶一路"建設(shè)的有利契機(jī),推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級,亟待思考和解決。本文從稅收視角提出"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略下河池市有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展建議。一、河池市有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)稅收現(xiàn)狀(一)稅源不斷萎縮,稅收占比逐年下降。近年來,受國內(nèi)外需求下降影響,有色金屬市場持續(xù)低迷,有色金屬產(chǎn)品鉛精礦、鋅精礦、鉛錠、鋅錠等銷售價(jià)格逐年走低,產(chǎn)量也不斷下滑。特別是2012年受龍江河
[Abstract]:As an important pillar industry in Hechi City, it is urgent to consider and solve the problem of how to promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure with the help of the favorable opportunity of "Belt and Road" construction. This paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of Hechi nonferrous metal industry under the strategy of Belt and Road from the perspective of taxation. First, the current tax situation of nonferrous metal industry in Hechi City (1) the tax source is shrinking and the proportion of tax revenue is decreasing year by year.
