【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,中國(guó)在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用,外貿(mào)已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要部分�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略提出后,新疆作為戰(zhàn)略核心區(qū),與俄羅斯以及獨(dú)聯(lián)體中亞國(guó)家的貿(mào)易往來(lái)日趨緊密,合作范圍日益擴(kuò)大,貿(mào)易合作方式也更加多樣化。簽訂商務(wù)合同也是貿(mào)易過(guò)程的重要環(huán)節(jié)。隨著各類商務(wù)合同翻譯量的增加,對(duì)翻譯質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高,商務(wù)合同文本翻譯的重要性及準(zhǔn)確性日益凸顯,其地位也更加突出。商務(wù)合同屬應(yīng)用文體,其文本結(jié)構(gòu)完整,具體,簡(jiǎn)潔,準(zhǔn)確,條理清晰,具有法律文本的權(quán)威性。翻譯時(shí)不能隨意變動(dòng)商務(wù)合同的各項(xiàng)條款及內(nèi)容,要以規(guī)范的格式及專業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ),全面準(zhǔn)確地傳達(dá)合同文本的內(nèi)容。本報(bào)告依據(jù)目的論在詞法和句法層面對(duì)商務(wù)合同文本的翻譯進(jìn)行了探討。報(bào)告分為五章,第一章為翻譯緣起;第二章介紹翻譯任務(wù)及過(guò)程;第三章論述目的論;第四章根據(jù)翻譯理論對(duì)案例進(jìn)行譯文分析;第五章對(duì)翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, China is playing a more and more important role in the global economy, and foreign trade has become an important part of economic development. After the "Belt and Road" strategy was put forward, Xinjiang, as the core region of the strategy, had closer trade contacts with Russia and the Central Asian countries of CIS, expanded the scope of cooperation and diversified the ways of trade cooperation. Signing a business contract is also an important part of the trade process. With the increase of translation quantity of various kinds of commercial contracts, the quality of translation is becoming higher and higher. The importance and accuracy of the translation of business contracts are becoming more and more important, and the status of translation is becoming more and more prominent. Business contract is an applied style, its text structure is complete, concrete, succinct, accurate, clear, have the authority of legal text. The terms and contents of the commercial contract should not be changed at will, and the contents of the contract text should be conveyed in a standardized format and in professional terms. Based on Skopos theory, this paper discusses the translation of business contract texts at lexical and syntactic levels. The report is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the origin of translation; the second chapter introduces the translation task and process; the third chapter discusses the Skopos theory; the fourth chapter analyzes the translation cases according to the translation theory; and the fifth chapter summarizes the translation practice.
