【摘要】："十三五"時期上海全球金融中心建設(shè)機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存,上海需有的放矢,緊抓機遇、直面挑戰(zhàn),以自貿(mào)區(qū)金融改革為抓手,以金融市場雙向開放為動力,以服務(wù)并對接"一帶一路"發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為突破點,以加強頂層設(shè)計與統(tǒng)籌,在延續(xù)、提升、融合中探索開辟新的路徑,力求更好更全面的滿足人民幣國際化、金融市場開放、金融服務(wù)領(lǐng)域拓展、國際金融影響力與輻射力提升的要求,實現(xiàn)上海在世界經(jīng)濟金融大格局中的功能定位,為國家戰(zhàn)略實施和全球經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展貢獻更大的力量。
[Abstract]:During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, opportunities and challenges for the construction of Shanghai's global financial center coexist. Shanghai needs to take aim, grasp opportunities, face up to challenges, take the financial reform of the free trade zone as its grasp, and take the two-way opening of the financial market as its driving force. To serve and connect with "Belt and Road" development strategy as a breakthrough point, to strengthen the top-level design and overall planning, to explore and open up a new path in the process of continuity, promotion and integration, and to strive to better and more comprehensively meet the internationalization of the renminbi and open up the financial market. With the expansion of financial service field and the requirement of international financial influence and radiation, Shanghai can achieve its function orientation in the world economic and financial structure, and contribute more to the implementation of national strategy and the development of global economy and finance.
