【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議的推進將面臨一系列的挑戰(zhàn)。挑戰(zhàn)不僅來自沿線關鍵性國家,也來自域外西方大國,尤其是美國。從布魯金斯學會、卡內基國際和平基金會、美國進步中心等美國主流智庫關于"一帶一路"研究的分析可以發(fā)現(xiàn),美國智庫從不同層面分析了"一帶一路"的戰(zhàn)略動因及影響。其中,大部分觀點都是站在美國國家利益的角度進行分析,強調中國經(jīng)濟、地緣政治上的擴張以及對國際秩序、美國主導地位的挑戰(zhàn)。但也不乏理性的聲音強調要客觀看待并密切關注中國的"一帶一路"倡議,理解并包容中國的"一帶一路"倡議。
[Abstract]:The advance of Belt and Road's initiative will face a series of challenges. The challenge comes not only from key countries along the route, but also from foreign powers, especially the United States. From the analysis of "Belt and Road" by the Brookings Institution, Carnegie Foundation for International Peace, American Progressive Center and other mainstream American think-tanks, it can be found that the American think-tank has analyzed the strategic motivation and influence of Belt and Road from different aspects. Most of these views are based on the national interests of the United States, emphasizing China's economic, geopolitical expansion and challenges to the international order and the dominance of the United States. But there are also rational voices that emphasize the need to look at and pay close attention to China's "Belt and Road" initiative and to understand and contain China's "Belt and Road" initiative.
