【摘要】：文章以北京外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)和上海外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)為例,分析高校如何在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略引領(lǐng)下開(kāi)展綜合改革,以實(shí)現(xiàn)外語(yǔ)人才培養(yǎng)與"一帶一路"的全面對(duì)接。在培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)對(duì)接上,塑造具有扎實(shí)跨文化交際能力的復(fù)合型國(guó)際人才;在培養(yǎng)內(nèi)容對(duì)接上,增設(shè)非通用語(yǔ)種課程,推進(jìn)與"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家和地區(qū)的交流;在培養(yǎng)方法對(duì)接上,充分利用慕課平臺(tái)開(kāi)展教學(xué),實(shí)現(xiàn)教育資源全球共享;在培養(yǎng)模式對(duì)接上,落實(shí)"走出去,請(qǐng)進(jìn)來(lái)"的做法;在培養(yǎng)制度對(duì)接上,開(kāi)展國(guó)際化辦學(xué),協(xié)同培養(yǎng)人才。
[Abstract]:Taking Beijing Foreign Studies University and Shanghai Foreign Studies University as examples, this paper analyzes how to carry out comprehensive reform under the guidance of "Belt and Road" strategy in order to realize the overall connection between foreign language talent training and "Belt and Road". In the training goal docking, the cultivation has the solid cross-cultural communication ability complex international talented person, in the training content docking, the addition non-common language curriculum, promotes the exchange with "Belt and Road" along the country and the region; On the docking of training methods, we should make full use of the platform to carry out teaching, realize the global sharing of educational resources, and carry out the practice of "go out, please come in" in the docking of training mode. In the training system docking, the development of international schools, coordinated training of talents.
