【摘要】：中國提出的"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,符合東北亞各國拓展經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需求。將中國絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶同俄羅斯跨歐亞發(fā)展帶、蒙古國草原之路對接,打造中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊,未來不僅會在東北亞形成新的發(fā)展區(qū)域,三國經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)一體化,還會極大促進東北亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作的加速發(fā)展。內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)在中蒙俄經(jīng)濟走廊建設(shè)中雖然占據(jù)著區(qū)位優(yōu)勢,但同時也面臨著政治穩(wěn)定性、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面的挑戰(zhàn),因此需要實施開放型的經(jīng)濟策略,促進三國間的交流與合作。
[Abstract]:China's "Belt and Road" strategic concept conforms to the needs of Northeast Asian countries to expand their economic development. By connecting the China Silk Road Economic Belt with Russia's Trans-Eurasian Development Zone and Mongolia's Prairie Road, to create an economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, not only will a new development region be formed in Northeast Asia in the future, but the three economies will realize economic integration. It will also greatly promote the accelerated development of regional economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. Although the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region occupies a regional advantage in the construction of the economic corridor between China, Mongolia and Russia, it also faces challenges in terms of political stability, infrastructure and industrial development. Therefore, it is necessary to implement an open economic strategy. To promote exchanges and cooperation among the three countries.
