【摘要】：隨著國家"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的實施,大型公路項目越來越多,為了加強對大型項目的管理,往往會設置總承包管理部,同時下設多個項目分部,以便更好地實現(xiàn)各項目標。由于總承包管理部下設的項目分部較多,需協(xié)調統(tǒng)一的內容較多,且專業(yè)性較強,導致竣工資料管理難度很大。結合自己參與管理的中交京新高速公路臨白三標的實際,談談對大型公路項目竣工資料管理方面的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of "Belt and Road" strategy, there are more and more large-scale highway projects. In order to strengthen the management of large-scale projects, the department of general contract management is often set up, and at the same time, a number of project branches are set up in order to better achieve the objectives. Because there are more project branches under the general contract management department, there are more contents that need to be coordinated and unified, and it is more professional, which leads to the difficulty of the management of the completed data. Based on the practice of the management of Zhongjiaojiaoxin Expressway, the paper discusses the experience in the management of the completion data of the large-scale highway project.
