【摘要】：業(yè)達(dá)開發(fā)區(qū)是首批創(chuàng)建的國家級(jí)經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū),它不同于坐落于"上青天"(上海、青島和天津)和深圳等工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚、科教事業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)、國際化程度較高的大都市開發(fā)區(qū)和經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū),也有異于那些處于經(jīng)濟(jì)相對(duì)落后、交通相對(duì)閉塞、開放程度較低的中小城市的開發(fā)區(qū)。業(yè)達(dá)開發(fā)區(qū)所在的煙臺(tái)市人口規(guī)模、經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、城市化和國際化水平在國內(nèi)比較適中,其發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成果,走過的路徑和面臨的問題,對(duì)"新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"沿線地區(qū)有一定的可資借鑒的意義。基于前期對(duì)業(yè)達(dá)開發(fā)區(qū)發(fā)展要素、路徑、經(jīng)驗(yàn)和問題的研究,結(jié)合分析國家"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略,從學(xué)術(shù)研究的角度對(duì)"新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了探討并嘗試對(duì)其有效實(shí)施提出了建議。
[Abstract]:Yeda Development Zone is the first state-level economic and technological development zone, which is different from those located in "Shangqingtian" (Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin) and Shenzhen. Metropolitan development zones and special economic zones with higher degree of internationalization are different from those in small and medium-sized cities with relatively backward economy, relatively blocked traffic and low degree of opening. The population scale, economic and social development, urbanization and internationalization level of Yantai City, where the Yeda Development Zone is located, is relatively moderate in China, its development experience and achievements, the path it has taken and the problems it faces, It can be used for reference in the area along the New Silk Road Economic Belt. Based on the previous research on the elements, paths, experiences and problems of the development of Yida Development Zone, combined with the analysis of the national "Belt and Road" strategy, This paper probes into the strategy of "New Silk Road Economic Belt" from the point of view of academic research and tries to put forward some suggestions for its effective implementation.
