【摘要】：教育合作是增強(qiáng)不同國(guó)家互相理解的重要渠道,在一個(gè)國(guó)家對(duì)外交往的過(guò)程中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。在當(dāng)今世界全球化潮流的過(guò)程中,國(guó)家與國(guó)家之間的教育合作越來(lái)越緊密。中國(guó)對(duì)外教育合作的歷史悠久。從古至今,中國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域?qū)ν夂献鞫荚谝欢ǔ潭壬贤苿?dòng)了中國(guó)教育事業(yè)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。雖然中國(guó)現(xiàn)在對(duì)外教育合作的主要目的國(guó)為歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,但是在世界格局不斷變化的今天,與發(fā)展中國(guó)家的教育合作將在今后產(chǎn)生更重要的影響。隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的深化和發(fā)展,中國(guó)與“一帶一路”沿線國(guó)家的教育合作將繼續(xù)推動(dòng)與發(fā)展,并為國(guó)家的外交大局服務(wù)。泰國(guó)作為“一帶一路”沿線的重要國(guó)家,與中國(guó)的教育交往還有很大的提升空間。加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)在教育領(lǐng)域的合作,是我國(guó)發(fā)揮公共外交積極作用的重要途徑,也是兩國(guó)保持友好關(guān)系的必然要求。本文即從中國(guó)教育領(lǐng)域與泰國(guó)的合作為出發(fā)點(diǎn),首先分析了中泰教育合作的歷史背景和現(xiàn)狀。然后從目前中國(guó)和泰國(guó)教育合作的機(jī)制研究開(kāi)始,發(fā)掘兩國(guó)教育合作的發(fā)展空間,以問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向,分析了中泰兩國(guó)教育合作存在的問(wèn)題。以此為基礎(chǔ)著重探索兩國(guó)教育合作的發(fā)展方向,并以?xún)蓢?guó)教育合作可開(kāi)展的項(xiàng)目為重點(diǎn),意在通過(guò)不同形式深化兩國(guó)教育合作的內(nèi)涵,推動(dòng)中泰教育發(fā)展的共同進(jìn)步,并爭(zhēng)取在國(guó)際教育領(lǐng)域兩國(guó)地位更多的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Educational cooperation is an important channel for different countries to understand each other and plays an important role in the process of a country's foreign exchanges. In the process of globalization, educational cooperation between countries is getting closer and closer. China has a long history of educational cooperation with foreign countries. Since ancient times, China's foreign cooperation in the field of education to a certain extent has promoted the progress and development of Chinese education. Although the main target country of China's foreign educational cooperation is developed countries in Europe and the United States, the educational cooperation with developing countries will have a more important impact in the future when the world pattern is constantly changing. With the deepening and development of Belt and Road's strategy, the educational cooperation between China and the countries along the road will continue to promote and develop, and serve the overall diplomatic situation of the country. Thailand, as an important country along Belt and Road, has much room for improvement in educational exchanges with China. Strengthening the cooperation in the field of education between the two countries is an important way for China to play a positive role in public diplomacy, and is also an inevitable requirement for maintaining friendly relations between the two countries. Starting from the cooperation between China and Thailand, this paper first analyzes the historical background and present situation of Sino-Thai educational cooperation. Then, starting from the current research on the mechanism of educational cooperation between China and Thailand, this paper explores the development space of educational cooperation between China and Thailand, and analyzes the problems existing in the educational cooperation between China and Thailand. On this basis, we will focus on exploring the direction of development of educational cooperation between the two countries, and focusing on the projects that can be carried out in educational cooperation between the two countries, with a view to deepening the connotation of educational cooperation between the two countries through different forms and promoting the common progress of the development of education between China and Thailand. And strive for the two countries in the field of international education more say.
