一帶一路中保加利亞至波蘭鐵路運(yùn)輸方案研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著一帶一路政策的進(jìn)一步落實(shí),中國(guó)與亞洲以及歐洲等國(guó)家的鐵路貿(mào)易往來(lái)呈現(xiàn)了井噴式增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。中歐之間有越來(lái)越多的中歐班列開始運(yùn)行,并且運(yùn)行班次不斷增加。例如,2015年上半年,就有237列中歐班列發(fā)出,總集裝箱集散量達(dá)到了20194標(biāo)箱。與去年同期相比,增加112%。這也反映了一帶一路政策對(duì)于跨境鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)膸?dòng)作用。目前,保加利亞至波蘭地區(qū)的一帶一路中歐班列鐵路線尚未確定,未來(lái)隨著一帶一路的繼續(xù)發(fā)展,中國(guó)必將與該地區(qū)進(jìn)行跨境鐵路貨運(yùn)貿(mào)易。如何在鐵路貨運(yùn)過(guò)程中選擇最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸方案成為勢(shì)待解決的問(wèn)題。保加利亞至波蘭地區(qū)鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)較為復(fù)雜,并且國(guó)家間鐵路軌道寬度并不相同,因此,研究該地區(qū)鐵路運(yùn)輸方案,必須考慮換裝站的實(shí)際作業(yè)情況。由于該地區(qū)鐵路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備比較落后,經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)某換裝站換裝以及通關(guān)時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng),從而影響整體鐵路運(yùn)輸時(shí)間,降低跨境運(yùn)輸?shù)男б。本文針?duì)一帶一路該地區(qū)鐵路運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題,閱讀了大量的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)目前對(duì)于該地區(qū)鐵路運(yùn)輸線路的研究還比較缺乏,對(duì)于換裝站的作業(yè)能力分析還需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善,圍繞這些問(wèn)題,本文主要針對(duì)以下四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析研究:首先,本文通過(guò)對(duì)保加利亞至波蘭區(qū)域的鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析,包括該區(qū)域鐵路運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀和各換裝站現(xiàn)狀分析,以集裝箱貨車換裝線為研究對(duì)象,用換裝時(shí)間反映換裝站的換裝能力,研究了該區(qū)域各換裝站作業(yè)能力;其次,本文運(yùn)用Anylogic仿真軟件建立基于排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的Brest換裝站集裝箱貨車作業(yè)仿真模型;再次,采用Brest換裝站的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果得到了Brest換裝站的最大日均作業(yè)量、列車平均換裝時(shí)間以及平均逗留時(shí)間;最后,建立三種不同情況下鐵路運(yùn)輸方案數(shù)學(xué)模型,利用Lingo進(jìn)行不同情況下鐵路運(yùn)輸方案數(shù)學(xué)模型求解,對(duì)得到的不同情況下最優(yōu)鐵路運(yùn)輸方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further implementation of Belt and Road's policy, China's railway trade with Asian and European countries has shown a blowout growth trend. More and more CEIBS classes are running between China and Europe, and the number of runs is increasing. In the first half of 2015, for example, 237 CEIBS were issued, with a total container distribution of 20194 TEUs. Compared with the same period last year, there was an increase of 112. This also reflects Belt and Road's policy to cross-border railroad transportation's driving effect. At present, Belt and Road from Bulgaria to Poland has not been confirmed on the China-EU rail line. In the future, China will carry out cross-border rail freight trade with the region with the continued development of Belt and Road. How to select the optimal transportation scheme in the railway freight transport process becomes a potential problem to be solved. The railway network between Bulgaria and Poland is more complicated and the rail width between countries is not the same. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the actual operation of the transfer station in order to study the railway transportation scheme in this area. Because the railway infrastructure equipment in this area is relatively backward, it often appears that the transfer and customs clearance time of a certain transfer station is too long, which affects the overall railway transportation time and reduces the benefit of cross-border transportation. In this paper, we have read a large number of relevant documents in view of Belt and Road's railway transport problems in this area, and found that the research on railway transport lines in this area is still relatively lacking, and the analysis of the operational capacity of the transfer stations needs to be further improved and improved. Focusing on these problems, this paper mainly focuses on the following four aspects: firstly, this paper analyzes the railway network from Bulgaria to Poland, including the current situation of railway transportation and the status of each transfer station in the region. Taking the container freight train transfer line as the research object, the changing time is used to reflect the changing capacity of the transfer station, and the operational capacity of the various transfer stations in this area is studied. In this paper, Anylogic simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of container truck operation in Brest transfer station based on queuing system. Thirdly, the simulation experiment is carried out by using the data of Brest transfer station, and the maximum daily average daily operation of Brest transfer station is obtained. Finally, the mathematical model of railway transportation scheme under three different conditions is established, and the mathematical model of railway transportation scheme is solved by using Lingo. The optimal railway transportation schemes under different conditions are compared and analyzed.
