【摘要】：文章在各學(xué)者集思廣益的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)于"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)涵、背景、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)挑戰(zhàn)、推行策略等研究做了系統(tǒng)梳理和評(píng)述。在對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的梳理研究之余,文章認(rèn)為"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略未來的發(fā)展方向應(yīng)該是建立全球性組織協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)構(gòu)與機(jī)制,協(xié)調(diào)推進(jìn)"一帶"與"一路"共同發(fā)展,不僅要以事實(shí)和成就打破他國(guó)對(duì)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的疑慮,更重要的是實(shí)現(xiàn)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略與"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"戰(zhàn)略的互聯(lián)互通。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the research results of scholars' brainstorming, this paper systematically reviews the connotation, background, risk challenge and implementation strategy of "Belt and Road" strategy. After combing and studying the literature, the paper holds that the future development direction of "Belt and Road" strategy should be to establish a global organization and coordination mechanism to coordinate and promote the common development of "one Belt" and "one Road". It is not only necessary to break the misgivings of other countries about Belt and Road's strategy with facts and achievements, but also to realize the interconnection between the "Belt and Road" strategy and the "Internet" strategy.
