【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為,絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶興起是21世紀(jì)"世界性大事件",具有重要的時(shí)代戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)涵:(1)時(shí)代空間新拓展:從海洋文明時(shí)代向大陸文明復(fù)興的時(shí)代轉(zhuǎn)型;(2)從海洋到大陸,開啟環(huán)繞全球的360度的全球貿(mào)易新時(shí)代;(3)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶將成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成本洼地、動(dòng)力源地;(4)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶興起,將給世界帶來新經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式。文章進(jìn)一步解讀了絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的國(guó)家宏觀戰(zhàn)略內(nèi)涵:(1)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶是中國(guó)從學(xué)習(xí)跟從戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)向自主引領(lǐng)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)換的新空間;(2)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶是中國(guó)實(shí)施立體對(duì)外開放改革、文化柔性外交戰(zhàn)略實(shí)驗(yàn)基地;(3)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶是中國(guó)生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)、升級(jí)產(chǎn)業(yè)、傳統(tǒng)民族產(chǎn)業(yè)融合創(chuàng)新高地;(4)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶是中國(guó)生態(tài)文明導(dǎo)航、文化引領(lǐng)與自主創(chuàng)新綜合發(fā)展最優(yōu)的西部發(fā)展新模式的探索區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The article holds that the rise of the Silk Road economic belt is a "world event" in the 21st century, which has important strategic implications of the times: (1) the new expansion of the space of the times: the transition from the era of marine civilization to the revival of continental civilization; (2) the transition from the sea to the mainland, The Silk Road economic belt will become the cost depression and power source of world economic development, and (4) the rise of Silk Road economic belt will bring the new economic development model to the world. The article further interprets the connotation of the national macro strategy of the Silk Road Economic Belt: (1) the Silk Road Economic Belt is a new space for China to change from learning to following the strategy to lead the strategic transition independently; (2) the Silk Road Economic Belt is the implementation of the Silk Road Economic Belt in China. The reform of opening to the outside world, (3) Silk Road Economic Belt is China's ecological industry, emerging industry, upgrading industry, traditional national industry integration and innovation highland; (4) Silk Road Economic Belt is the navigation of Chinese ecological civilization. The exploration area of the new mode of western development, which is the best comprehensive development of culture leading and independent innovation.
