【摘要】：本文闡述了"一帶一路"下中國與周邊國家在能源雙邊合作、區(qū)域機制方面取得的進展,提出周邊了能源合作在周邊大國博弈、共同能源市場和新能源發(fā)展方面所帶來的挑戰(zhàn)。最后本文從深化能源合作機制、加強與大國伙伴關(guān)系,推進能源共同市場建設(shè)、促進能源設(shè)施互聯(lián)互通、大力加強新能源合作、共同推動周邊綠色發(fā)展等方面探討"一帶一路"下我國加強周邊能源合作的對策。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the progress of bilateral energy cooperation and regional mechanism between China and its neighboring countries under "Belt and Road", and points out the challenges brought by the peripheral energy cooperation in the game between the neighboring powers, the common energy market and the development of new energy. Finally, from deepening the mechanism of energy cooperation, strengthening the partnership with big countries, promoting the construction of energy common market, promoting the interconnection of energy facilities, and strengthening new energy cooperation, This paper discusses the countermeasures of strengthening the energy cooperation in China under "Belt and Road" from the aspects of promoting the surrounding green development.
