【摘要】：產業(yè)轉移是區(qū)域經濟一體化發(fā)展中特有的產業(yè)發(fā)展模式,是經濟規(guī)律導致的必然結果。中國政府在"供給側"改革、實施"一帶一路"與制定"中國制造2025"戰(zhàn)略的背景下,中國的經濟結構轉型即可順勢而為。打造高勞動生產率、高附加值、資源集約型發(fā)展的當代產業(yè)體系已成為中國經濟結構轉型升級的重要內容。本文在產業(yè)研究背景、文獻綜述以及中國東部產業(yè)轉移背景的基礎上,構建了一個基于國內東部民營企業(yè)選擇轉移中國中西部還是國外發(fā)展中國家的混合寡頭的博弈模型,并對企業(yè)不轉移、轉移中西部和轉移國外發(fā)展中國家三種方式進行了比較分析,弄清了國內東部民營企業(yè)的轉移方向。在不考慮國內外企業(yè)數量情況下,國內市場規(guī)模越大,國外發(fā)展中國家市場規(guī)模越小,國外發(fā)達國家市場規(guī)模越小,國內外企業(yè)技術差距越小,轉移中西部后成本差異程度越大,轉移國外發(fā)展中國家后成本差異程度越小,國內東部民營企業(yè)越傾向轉移至國內中西部地區(qū);反之傾向轉移至國外發(fā)展中國家。此外,理論模型分析之后,本文選取小米手機轉移至印度綠地投資探討了理論結果,說明了市場規(guī)模、勞動力成本等因素在產業(yè)轉移中起到重要作用。最后從民營企業(yè)的發(fā)展、基礎設施的建設、市場制度的建設、轉移風險等幾方面提出了幾點政策建議。
[Abstract]:Industrial transfer is the unique mode of industrial development in the development of regional economic integration, and it is the inevitable result of economic law. Under the background of "supply-side" reform, "Belt and Road" and "made in China 2025" strategy, China's economic structure transformation can adapt to the trend. Creating a modern industrial system with high labor productivity, high added value and intensive development of resources has become an important content in the transformation and upgrading of China's economic structure. Based on the background of industrial research, literature review and the background of industrial transfer in eastern China, this paper constructs a game model of mixed oligarchs based on the choice of transferring from central and western China to foreign developing countries by private enterprises in the eastern part of China. In addition, the paper makes a comparative analysis of the three ways of non-transfer of enterprises, transfer of central and western regions and transfer of foreign developing countries, and clarifies the transfer direction of private enterprises in the eastern part of China. Without considering the number of enterprises at home and abroad, the larger the domestic market, the smaller the market size of foreign developing countries, the smaller the market size of foreign developed countries, and the smaller the technological gap between domestic and foreign enterprises. The greater the cost difference after the transfer of the central and western regions, the smaller the cost difference after the transfer of the foreign developing countries, the more inclined the private enterprises in the eastern part of China to transfer to the central and western regions of China; otherwise, the more inclined to transfer to the foreign developing countries. In addition, after the theoretical model analysis, this paper selects Xiaomi mobile phone to transfer to the green land investment in India to discuss the theoretical results, which shows that market size, labor cost and other factors play an important role in the industrial transfer. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward from the development of private enterprises, the construction of infrastructure, the construction of market system and the transfer of risks.
