【摘要】：中東22國是"一帶一路"的重要參與者,"一帶一路"也給中國與中東關(guān)系提供了更大的舞臺(tái)、更廣闊的前景。中國中東戰(zhàn)略的特色是軟實(shí)力、輕足跡,積極進(jìn)取的經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略、謹(jǐn)慎保守的政治戰(zhàn)略、尚未成型的軍事戰(zhàn)略,是大國中東戰(zhàn)略的新嘗試,同"一帶一路"的核心精神相吻合。中國同中東的政治關(guān)系迎來契機(jī)和機(jī)遇,雙方相向而行,合作意愿非常高。同時(shí),中國同中東的經(jīng)濟(jì)合作卻處于困難時(shí)期,具體項(xiàng)目的落實(shí)非常困難。在機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)的交叉影響下,中國中東戰(zhàn)略容易形成政治與經(jīng)濟(jì)、戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)術(shù)之間的錯(cuò)位、脫節(jié)。中國同中東的關(guān)系,戰(zhàn)略上要樂觀,戰(zhàn)術(shù)上要謹(jǐn)慎,既要防止坐失良機(jī),也要警惕冒進(jìn),重點(diǎn)是防冒進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:The 22 countries in the Middle East are important participants in Belt and Road, and Belt and Road also provides a bigger stage and broader prospect for the relations between China and the Middle East. The characteristics of China's Middle East strategy are soft power, light footprint, enterprising economic strategy, cautious and conservative political strategy and unformed military strategy, which is a new attempt of the Middle East strategy of great powers, which coincides with the core spirit of "Belt and Road". The political relations between China and the Middle East are ushered in by opportunities and opportunities. At the same time, China's economic cooperation with the Middle East is in a difficult period, and the implementation of specific projects is very difficult. Under the influence of opportunities and challenges, China's Middle East strategy is prone to mismatch and disconnect between politics and economy, strategy and tactics. China's relations with the Middle East should be strategically optimistic and tactically prudent.
