【摘要】：合作共贏是時代的主題。隨著全球化的推進(jìn),國際貿(mào)易投資合作日益深化,各國之間的相互依賴不斷加深。習(xí)近平主席提出的“一帶一路”區(qū)域合作倡議正是順應(yīng)了合作共贏的時代要求。“一帶一路”政策號召以點(diǎn)帶面、以線到片、將原來小規(guī)模的區(qū)域合作逐漸形成大規(guī)模的區(qū)域合作。最終目的是實(shí)現(xiàn)歐亞大陸各個國家及地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系更加緊密、相互合作更加深入、發(fā)展空間更加廣闊,這正是沿線各國共同盼望的、升級版的、新型的合作模式�！耙粠б宦贰睉�(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)就是關(guān)注與歐亞大陸腹地、中亞國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,實(shí)現(xiàn)共同繁榮發(fā)展。這是一項(xiàng)造福沿途各國、造福子孫后代的大事業(yè)。中俄兩國作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的大國,其經(jīng)濟(jì)體量分別居于全球第二位和第五位,既是友好鄰居,也是世界舞臺上的巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。同時,自上世紀(jì)90年代以來,兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展可以說在曲折中進(jìn)行,國際石油價格波動、歐美制裁、以及國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)等內(nèi)外部挑戰(zhàn)無法忽視,而“一帶一路”無疑為兩國經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的開展提供了新機(jī)遇、注入了新活力,中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作領(lǐng)域擁有巨大潛力。本篇論文通過對中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)歷程,以及“一帶一路”下中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理分析,探尋“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略下中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),著重從合作內(nèi)容覆蓋的政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通、民心相通“五通”方面展開闡述,從而提出進(jìn)一步開展中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的設(shè)想,有力地推進(jìn)“一帶一路”建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Cooperation and win-win cooperation is the theme of the times. With the development of globalization, the cooperation of international trade and investment is deepening day by day, and the interdependence between countries is deepening. The "Belt and Road" regional cooperation initiative put forward by President Xi Jinping conforms to the times of win-win cooperation. The "Belt and Road" policy calls for the formation of large-scale regional cooperation from the original small scale regional cooperation. The ultimate goal is to achieve closer economic ties between countries and regions in Eurasia, deeper mutual cooperation and broader development space. This is exactly the new mode of cooperation that the countries along the route look forward to and upgrade to. Belt and Road focuses on economic and trade cooperation with Eurasia hinterland and Central Asian countries to achieve common prosperity and development. This is a great cause that benefits all countries along the way and future generations. As a great country in economic development, China and Russia are the second and fifth largest economies in the world, which are both friendly neighbors and huge economies on the world stage. At the same time, since the 1990s, the economic and trade development of the two countries can be said to be taking place in twists and turns, international oil price fluctuations, European and American sanctions, and internal and external challenges such as the domestic economic structure cannot be ignored. "Belt and Road" undoubtedly provides new opportunities and new vitality for the development of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, and has great potential in the field of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia. Through the analysis of Sino-Russian economic and trade course and Sino-Russian economic and trade relations under "Belt and Road", this paper explores the opportunities and challenges of Sino-Russian economic and trade development under the "Belt and Road" strategy, focusing on the policy communication covered by the contents of cooperation. The connection of facilities, the unimpeded trade, the financing of funds and the connection of the people's hearts with each other on the "five links" have been elaborated, so as to put forward the idea of further developing Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation and to push forward the construction of "Belt and Road".
