【摘要】：文章嘗試建立國(guó)家實(shí)力與國(guó)家影響力之間轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系的理論框架解釋目前學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)于中國(guó)國(guó)家影響力看法的分歧。根據(jù)這一理論框架,決定一個(gè)國(guó)家影響力的因素包括施加影響國(guó)所投入的戰(zhàn)略資源;施加影響國(guó)的影響能力;與受影響國(guó)家的利益關(guān)系。而施加影響國(guó)的影響能力又可以通過(guò)該國(guó)在某一區(qū)域的影響范圍、權(quán)重和主導(dǎo)性來(lái)衡量。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文使用ABS亞洲風(fēng)向標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù),通過(guò)分析"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略形塑亞洲秩序與亞洲國(guó)家接受中國(guó)主導(dǎo)的亞洲秩序之間關(guān)系這一案例,認(rèn)為中國(guó)對(duì)亞洲國(guó)家的影響力存在范圍、權(quán)重與主導(dǎo)性以及經(jīng)濟(jì)、外交與政治文化、軍事影響能力不平衡的現(xiàn)象。這一現(xiàn)象導(dǎo)致中國(guó)在推進(jìn)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)過(guò)程中,采取威望、引導(dǎo)的戰(zhàn)略手段提高影響力
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to establish a theoretical framework for the transformation between national power and national influence to explain the differences of views on Chinese national influence in academic circles at present. According to this theoretical framework, the factors that determine a country's influence include the strategic resources invested by the affected country, the influence capacity of the affected country, and the interest relationship with the affected country. The influence capacity of the affected country can be measured by the range, weight and dominance of the country in a certain region. On this basis, using the data of the Asian weather vane, this paper analyzes the relationship between the "Belt and Road" strategic shaping Asian order and the Asian countries' acceptance of the China-led Asian order. The author thinks that the influence of China on Asian countries exists in scope, weight and dominance, as well as the imbalance of economic, diplomatic and political culture, military influence ability. This phenomenon has led China to adopt the strategic means of prestige and guidance in the process of promoting the strategic objective of "Belt and Road" to enhance its influence.
