【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界存在著兩種經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化模式,一種是20世紀(jì)以來西方大國(guó)主導(dǎo)的資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化,另一種是2013年以來中國(guó)倡導(dǎo)的以"一帶一路"為載體的新型經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化。兩種經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化都是通過國(guó)際分工進(jìn)行的,卻存在著本質(zhì)區(qū)別。從馬克思主義分工理論生產(chǎn)力和生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的雙重視角來看,兩種模式在增長(zhǎng)方式、參與方式、合作方式以及利益分享方式等方面存在區(qū)別。資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化通過國(guó)際分工使資本主義生產(chǎn)方式在世界范圍內(nèi)擴(kuò)張,分工協(xié)作的生產(chǎn)力效應(yīng)異化為資本主義中心國(guó)家的成果,利益分配不平衡。而在新型經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化模式中,以分工為基礎(chǔ)的協(xié)作創(chuàng)造的生產(chǎn)力成果由各參與國(guó)共同分享,構(gòu)建起以全人類共同富裕為目標(biāo)的命運(yùn)共同體。
[Abstract]:There are two modes of economic globalization in the world, one is the capitalist economic globalization dominated by western powers since the 20th century, the other is the new type of economic globalization initiated by China since 2013 with Belt and Road as the carrier. Both kinds of economic globalization are carried out through international division of labor, but there are essential differences. From the perspective of Marxist division of labor theory productivity and production relations, there are differences between the two models in terms of growth mode, participation mode, cooperation mode and benefit sharing mode. Through the international division of labor, the capitalist economic globalization expands the capitalist mode of production in the world, and the productivity effect of the division of labor and cooperation is alienated as the achievement of the central capitalist country, and the distribution of benefits is not balanced. In the new mode of economic globalization, the productive forces created by the cooperation based on division of labor are shared by the participating countries, and the common prosperity of all mankind is the goal of the destiny community.
