【摘要】：美國金融海嘯給世界各國經(jīng)濟帶來不同程度的沖擊,暴露了以美元為主體的國際貨幣體系中存在的巨大缺陷與不足。隨著美元、歐元等長期以來充當國際結(jié)算手段的世界貨幣相繼陷入信用危機,各國強烈要求進行國際貨幣體系改革的愿望越來越強烈。只有對現(xiàn)行國際貨幣體系進行改革,才能更好實現(xiàn)對匯率風險控制、保證貿(mào)易往來安全。近年來,伴隨著中國綜合國力的穩(wěn)步提升,人民幣國際化也迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇期。發(fā)展跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算,一方面,推動中國與周邊國家的經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易往來,實現(xiàn)進一步擴大開放深入合作的目的;另一方面,在一定程度上降低世界性匯率傳導(dǎo)風險,促進國際經(jīng)貿(mào)往來健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。實現(xiàn)人民幣跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算作為人民幣國際化進程中至關(guān)重要的一環(huán),理應(yīng)引起我們足夠的關(guān)注。本文在對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有相關(guān)文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進行歸納與總結(jié),采用定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,較為系統(tǒng)地對影響人民幣國際化在跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算中的因素進行了分析。并最終得出國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、進出口貨物總額等因素對人民幣跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算影響較為顯著的結(jié)論。為此,在未來人民幣國際化發(fā)展過程中,我們應(yīng)當全面提升中國綜合國力,尤其是進出口企業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新能力,為人民幣跨境貿(mào)易發(fā)展奠定堅實的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ);著力健全人民幣匯率形成機制與清算體系,使人民幣跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算渠道更為順暢;完善相關(guān)金融立法,加強政府監(jiān)管,保證在人民幣跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算過程中的每一環(huán)節(jié)都有法可依;要重點搭建人民幣離岸市場,構(gòu)建國內(nèi)外市場交易平臺;同時落實亞洲基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資銀行建設(shè)和“一帶一路”建設(shè),發(fā)揮政策輻射帶動作用,擴大人民幣的國際影響范圍。進而保障人民幣跨境貿(mào)易結(jié)算平穩(wěn)有序發(fā)展,推動人民幣國際化順利進行。
[Abstract]:The American financial tsunami has brought different degrees of impact to the economies of the world and exposed the huge defects and deficiencies in the international monetary system with the dollar as the main body. As the dollar, the euro and other world currencies, which have long been the means of international settlement, have fallen into a credit crisis, the desire for the reform of the international monetary system has become stronger and stronger. Only by reforming the current international monetary system can we better control the exchange rate risk and guarantee the trade security. In recent years, with the steady improvement of China's comprehensive national strength, RMB internationalization has ushered in a new period of development opportunities. To develop cross-border trade RMB settlement, on the one hand, to promote economic and trade exchanges between China and neighboring countries, and to realize further open and in-depth cooperation; on the other hand, to reduce the risk of transmission of the world exchange rate to a certain extent. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of international economic and trade exchanges. The realization of RMB cross-border trade settlement as a crucial part of the RMB internationalization process should be of sufficient concern to us. Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, this paper summarizes and summarizes the factors that influence RMB internationalization in cross-border trade settlement by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion that the GDP, total import and export goods and other factors have a significant impact on RMB cross-border trade settlement. Therefore, in the process of RMB internationalization in the future, we should comprehensively enhance China's comprehensive national strength, especially the independent innovation ability of import and export enterprises, and lay a solid material foundation for the development of RMB cross-border trade. Efforts should be made to improve the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism and clearing system, to make the settlement channels for cross-border RMB trade smoother, to improve relevant financial legislation, and to strengthen government supervision, To ensure that there are laws to be followed in each link of the RMB cross-border trade settlement process; to focus on setting up the offshore renminbi market and building trading platforms at home and abroad; and at the same time, to implement the construction of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the construction of "Belt and Road," Give play to the role of policy radiation led to expand the scope of international influence of the renminbi. In order to ensure the smooth and orderly development of RMB cross-border trade settlement, promote the smooth internationalization of RMB.
