【摘要】：通過對比G20經(jīng)濟體的貨物出口增速與其GDP增速之間的差距,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)2012年后世界主要經(jīng)濟體貨物出口增速大多低于其GDP增速,此輪出口增長"失速"并非是中國特例,而是全球性現(xiàn)象。本文從全球價值鏈分工的視角分析了造成此輪全球性出口增長"失速"的主要原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)近年來全球價值鏈分工模式出現(xiàn)的"天花板"現(xiàn)象、發(fā)展中經(jīng)濟體價值鏈分工位置升級和國內(nèi)價值鏈的延伸以及發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體國內(nèi)價值鏈的收縮都會導致世界貿(mào)易規(guī)模萎縮。本文認為,以"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略為平臺擴張全球價值鏈分工網(wǎng)絡的外部空間和以自貿(mào)區(qū)戰(zhàn)略為依托推進中國對外開放水平由"邊境上"向"邊境內(nèi)"深化,是中國應對出口增速下降可能的對策思路。
[Abstract]:By comparing the gap between the growth rate of goods exports and the growth rate of GDP of the G20 economies, this paper finds that the growth rate of goods exports of the major economies in the world after 2012 is mostly lower than its GDP growth rate, and the "stall" of this round of export growth is not a special case of China. It's a global phenomenon. From the perspective of global value chain division, this paper analyzes the main reasons for the "stall" of this round of global export growth, and finds out the "ceiling" phenomenon of the global value chain division pattern in recent years. The upgrading of the value chain and the extension of the domestic value chain in the developing economies and the contraction of the domestic value chain in the developed economies will cause the scale of world trade to shrink. This paper holds that the external space of expanding the global value chain division network based on Belt and Road's strategy and the free trade zone's strategy promote China's opening to the outside world from the "border" to "inside the border". It is China's possible response to the decline in export growth.
