【摘要】：在"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略背景下,哈薩克斯坦因其地緣優(yōu)勢而成為我國全方位的合作伙伴。哈薩克斯坦高等教育改革與發(fā)展的一個重要特點是國際化,"博洛尼亞進程"是其高等教育改革的重要轉(zhuǎn)折。開拓中哈高等教育國際合作空間,打造教育共同體,培養(yǎng)國際化人才,開展高校間國際合作,可以為中哈兩國經(jīng)濟社會領(lǐng)域的合作與發(fā)展提供人才支持。
[Abstract]:Under the background of " One Belt and One Road " strategy , Kazakhstan has become an omni - directional partner of our country because of its geo - edge superiority . The important characteristic of Kazakhstan ' s higher education reform and development is internationalization . The " Borgnian Process " is an important turning point of its higher education reform . It opens up the international cooperation space of higher education in China , builds educational community , develops international talents , and carries out international cooperation among colleges and universities , which can provide talents support for cooperation and development in the economic and social fields of the two countries .
