面向關(guān)鍵平交口信控配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的過程優(yōu)化研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:“十三五”是我國(guó)發(fā)展“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,新疆是實(shí)施我國(guó)“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略向西發(fā)展的重要走廊及窗口,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)“總目標(biāo)”的主陣地。近年來(lái),新疆各地區(qū)城市化進(jìn)程加快,已促使各市、縣群眾出行和貨物運(yùn)輸頻次徒升,城市各類交通流量持續(xù)增大,也伴隨交通擁堵、交通事故和交通混亂等三大熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問題的出現(xiàn),當(dāng)前開展城市交通改善規(guī)劃和設(shè)計(jì)研究及改造建設(shè)工作尤顯迫切。各市中心城區(qū)及各縣縣城等城市交通信號(hào)控制平交口是城市路網(wǎng)中各類交通流變化的敏感反應(yīng)區(qū)和當(dāng)?shù)亟煌顟B(tài)優(yōu)劣的關(guān)鍵評(píng)價(jià)區(qū),對(duì)信控平交口開展交通改善研究工作是開展城市交通系統(tǒng)改善的重點(diǎn),其中對(duì)普遍使用的單點(diǎn)定時(shí)控制系統(tǒng)的信控配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)與有效實(shí)施是研究的難點(diǎn)問題[1]。由于新疆各市、縣城市道路交通特性有異于我國(guó)內(nèi)地和國(guó)外城市交通特性,城市信控平交口交通特性也不同于我國(guó)內(nèi)地和國(guó)外城市信控平交口交通特性,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)信控配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)研究仍應(yīng)用Webster理論方法,由于其主要設(shè)計(jì)過程參數(shù)來(lái)源于國(guó)外城市信控平交口交通特性,國(guó)內(nèi)應(yīng)用韋伯斯特Webster法在開展信控平交口配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)后,通常要進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證并進(jìn)行參數(shù)調(diào)整,過程繁雜。為探研適應(yīng)于新疆城市信控平交口交通特性,能快速、精準(zhǔn)開展信控配時(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的方法,經(jīng)對(duì)新疆大學(xué)交通工程研究團(tuán)隊(duì)已開展的大量新疆城市信控平交口交通改善信控配時(shí)研究總結(jié),并比對(duì)相關(guān)國(guó)家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及相關(guān)研究與技術(shù)文獻(xiàn),本文抽取新疆典型城市信控配時(shí)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),通過對(duì)車流釋放過程中的相關(guān)特征參數(shù)分析,推導(dǎo)總損失時(shí)間、基本飽和流率、周期時(shí)長(zhǎng)等信控配時(shí)過程關(guān)鍵參數(shù),形成優(yōu)化配時(shí)參數(shù),并總結(jié)出一套基于渠化設(shè)計(jì)與信控設(shè)計(jì)并舉的綜合設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:"13th Five-Year" is the development of our country "The Belt and Road" strategy of the critical period, Xinjiang is an important window of corridor and the implementation of China's "The Belt and Road" development strategy to the west, but also the realization of "the main front target. In recent years, the process of the city area of Xinjiang has been accelerated, make the municipalities, county people travel and transportation frequency zoom, The traffic flow of cities is increasing continuously, with traffic congestion, traffic accidents and traffic confusion, and other three hot spots and difficult problems. It is very urgent to carry out urban traffic improvement planning and design research and reconstruction. The key evaluation area of the sensitive reaction zone and the local traffic state of the type of traffic flow is the key evaluation area. The research work on the traffic improvement is the key to the improvement of the urban traffic system. The design and effective implementation of the signal timing and effective implementation of the commonly used single point timing control system is the difficulty of the research [1]. due to Xinjiang The traffic characteristics of cities and counties are different from those of mainland and foreign cities in our country. The traffic characteristics of urban trust and control port are different from the traffic characteristics of China's mainland and foreign cities. At present, the Webster theory method is still applied to the research of the design and study of the control time, because the main parameters of the design process are from the country. The traffic characteristics of the control flat intersection of the outside city, after the domestic application of Webster Webster method in the design of the intersection of the controlled flat intersection, the simulation verification and parameter adjustment are usually carried out, and the process is complicated. In order to study the traffic characteristics of the Xinjiang city's urban trust and control port, it can be fast and accurate to carry out the design of the reliability and timing of the Xinjiang University. The traffic engineering research team has carried out a large number of research and summing up of the traffic improvement in Xinjiang city's urban trust and control port, and compared the related national technical standards and related research and technical literature. This paper extracts the related data of the typical city of Xinjiang, and deducts the total loss through the analysis of the related characteristic parameters in the vehicle flow release process. The key parameters of time, basic saturated flow rate, period length and so on are the key parameters of the timing process, and the optimal timing parameters are formed, and a set of comprehensive design method based on the design of channelization and the design of the reliability and control is summarized.
