【摘要】："一帶一路"倡議是我國在新形勢下,推進(jìn)同周邊各國合作,整合自身和周邊優(yōu)勢資源,促進(jìn)區(qū)域及各國協(xié)同發(fā)展的重要倡議。系統(tǒng)論思想不僅能為"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供理論基礎(chǔ),而且能指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。我們要處理好"一帶"與"一路"的關(guān)系,處理好政策溝通、設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通、資金融通、民心相通這"五通"與"一帶一路"建設(shè)的關(guān)系,以民心相通促進(jìn)其他各方面互聯(lián)互通。
[Abstract]:The "Belt and Road" initiative is an important initiative for China to promote cooperation with neighboring countries in the new situation, integrate its own and peripheral superior resources, and promote the coordinated development of regions and countries. The thought of system theory can not only provide theoretical basis for Belt and Road's construction, but also guide practice. We must properly handle the relationship between the "Belt" and the "one Road", and the relations between the "five links" and the construction of "Belt and Road", such as policy communication, facilities connectivity, smooth trade, capital financing, and the mutual connection of the people. To promote other aspects of interconnection with the support of the people.
