【摘要】：能源合作是我國一帶一路戰(zhàn)略的重要內(nèi)容。在一帶一路背景下,我國的能源安全問題呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征,應(yīng)當(dāng)采取不同的戰(zhàn)略選擇與策略應(yīng)對。一帶中面臨中日韓的能源同構(gòu)性競爭問題以及運(yùn)輸安全問題,三方或在中韓之間建立能源聯(lián)合采購中心是解決亞洲溢價與運(yùn)輸安全的可能策略。一路中面臨的能源投資、貿(mào)易與地表運(yùn)輸?shù)臋C(jī)制化安排問題,可以在俄羅斯能源戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行調(diào)整之際,以上合組織為基礎(chǔ)繼續(xù)促成能源俱樂部的形成。
[Abstract]:Energy cooperation is an important part of Belt and Road's strategy. Under the background of Belt and Road, China's energy security issues show different characteristics and should adopt different strategic choices and strategies. China, Japan and South Korea are faced with the problem of energy isomorphism and transportation security in the region, and the establishment of a joint energy purchasing center between China and South Korea is a possible strategy to solve the Asian premium and transport security. The institutional arrangements for energy investment, trade and surface transport along the way can continue to promote the formation of energy clubs at a time when Russia's energy strategy is being adjusted.
