【摘要】：作為國家間政治分隔線的邊境區(qū),具有空間鄰近、人緣相通、經(jīng)貿(mào)往來頻繁、貨幣民間互認(rèn)的特殊性。受地緣邊界、經(jīng)濟(jì)邊界與政治邊界不一致的影響,邊境區(qū)貨幣融通受阻,邊境經(jīng)濟(jì)合作、市場區(qū)的擴(kuò)大非常困難。瑞麗國家重點開發(fā)開放試驗區(qū)在開展對緬甸金融合作、加快人民幣周邊化區(qū)域化進(jìn)程等方面進(jìn)行了大量有益探索,邊境金融合作的聚集效應(yīng)、產(chǎn)業(yè)效應(yīng)和資本效應(yīng)顯現(xiàn),金融對提高全要素生產(chǎn)率的引擎作用凸顯。深化金融領(lǐng)域合作,打造多層次金融平臺,建立長期穩(wěn)定、風(fēng)險可控的金融保障體系,是"一帶一路"建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容。以邊境區(qū)金融合作為龍頭,發(fā)揮我國金融資本和技術(shù)的比較優(yōu)勢,帶動沿線國家金融合作,提高全要素生產(chǎn)率,對于促進(jìn)"一帶一路"沿線國家設(shè)施聯(lián)通、貿(mào)易暢通具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:As a political separation line between countries, the border area has the particularity of space proximity, mutual connection of people, frequent economic and trade exchanges and mutual recognition of currency and folk. Affected by the geographical boundary, economic boundary and political boundary, the currency exchange in the border area is blocked, the border economic cooperation and the expansion of the market area are very difficult. The Ruili National key Development and Open pilot area has carried out a large number of beneficial explorations on Myanmar's financial cooperation and speeding up the process of regionalization of the RMB periphery. The agglomeration effect, industrial effect, and capital effect of border financial cooperation are apparent. Finance plays an important role in improving total factor productivity. Deepening cooperation in the field of finance, building multi-level financial platform and establishing a long-term stable financial security system with controllable risks are the important contents of Belt and Road's construction. Taking the financial cooperation in border areas as the leader, giving full play to the comparative advantages of China's financial capital and technology, promoting the financial cooperation of the countries along the route, and increasing the total factor productivity, it will promote the connectivity of the facilities of the countries along the "Belt and Road" route. Smooth trade is of great significance.
