【摘要】：正"一帶一路"建設(shè)是我國在新的歷史條件下實(shí)行全方位對(duì)外開放的重大舉措,航空工業(yè)作為我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的代表,國際化程度高、產(chǎn)業(yè)拉動(dòng)性強(qiáng)、軍民融合性好,使率先"走出去"成為必須和可能,在"一帶一路"建設(shè)中具有得天獨(dú)厚的優(yōu)勢,但也面臨很多挑戰(zhàn):航空制造方面,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)成功關(guān)注較多,對(duì)產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)成功關(guān)注不夠,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈短,無法滿足用戶需求;產(chǎn)業(yè)基地建設(shè)方面,整個(gè)通航網(wǎng)絡(luò)還未建立,航空高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地以及航空產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)仍處于探索嘗試階段,
[Abstract]:The construction of "Belt and Road" is a major measure for our country to open to the outside world in all directions under the new historical conditions. As a representative of China's high-tech industries, the aviation industry has a high degree of internationalization, strong industrial pull, and good integration between the military and the people. It is necessary and possible to take the lead in "going out", which has unique advantages in the construction of "Belt and Road", but also faces many challenges: in aviation manufacturing, more attention is paid to the technical success of the products. Not enough attention has been paid to the commercial success of the products, and the industrial chain is short and unable to meet the needs of users. In the construction of industrial bases, the entire navigable network has not yet been established, and the construction of aviation high-tech industrial bases and aviation industrial parks is still in the exploratory stage.
