【摘要】：面向"一帶一路"新型智庫信息資源開發(fā)利用和國家"一帶一路"建設的戰(zhàn)略需要,急需發(fā)起"一帶一路"新型智庫信息工程,加快構建中國特色新型智庫,服務"一帶一路"國家戰(zhàn)略倡議。論述了"一帶一路"新型智庫信息工程的概念、戰(zhàn)略意義,探討了新型智庫信息工程建設的策略,并從"一帶一路"新型智庫信息虛擬網絡建設、信息工程系統(tǒng)建設、信息工程信息資源標準規(guī)范建設、信息工程合作網絡建設等方面詳細闡述了新型智庫信息工程建設的內容,以期對"一帶一路"新型智庫建設有所裨益。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the concept and strategic significance of the new type of think tank information project , and discusses the construction of new think tank information engineering from the new type of think tank information virtual network construction , the construction of information engineering system , the construction of information resources standard and the construction of information engineering cooperation network .
