【摘要】："走出去"是"一帶一路"背景下中國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施企業(yè)的重要戰(zhàn)略舉措。母國和東道國的雙重網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入構(gòu)成了國際化企業(yè)的微觀組織環(huán)境,而項(xiàng)目組合則是基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施企業(yè)的主要業(yè)務(wù)形式。基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性和動(dòng)態(tài)能力的觀點(diǎn),從項(xiàng)目機(jī)會(huì)感知能力、項(xiàng)目資源整合能力、項(xiàng)目組合重構(gòu)能力三個(gè)維度開發(fā)了項(xiàng)目組合管理能力的量表。利用206家京津冀"走出去"基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施企業(yè)的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了雙重網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入、項(xiàng)目組合管理能力和企業(yè)國際化績效的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,母國網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入和東道國網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入均有助于提升企業(yè)國際化績效,并且項(xiàng)目組合管理能力的不同維度對(duì)雙重網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入與國際化績效的關(guān)系起到部分中介作用。研究結(jié)論有助于指導(dǎo)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施企業(yè)積極采取"抱團(tuán)出海"和"扎根當(dāng)?shù)?的國際化策略。
[Abstract]:"going out" is an important strategic move of Chinese infrastructure enterprises under the background of Belt and Road. The dual network embedding between the home country and the host country constitutes the micro organization environment of the international enterprise, and the project portfolio is the main business form of the infrastructure enterprise. Based on the view of network embeddedness and dynamic ability, a portfolio management capability scale is developed from three dimensions: project opportunity perception ability, project resource integration ability and project portfolio reconfiguration ability. Based on the survey data of 206 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei "going out" infrastructure enterprises, this paper empirically tests the relationship between dual network embedding, project portfolio management ability and enterprise internationalization performance. The results show that both home country network embedding and host country network embedding can improve the performance of enterprise internationalization, and the different dimensions of portfolio management capability play a part role in mediating the relationship between dual network embedding and internationalization performance. The conclusion is helpful to guide the infrastructure enterprises to adopt the internationalization strategy of "group going out" and "taking root in the local place".
