【摘要】：綠色絲綢之路建設(shè)為福建開創(chuàng)高起點(diǎn)的國(guó)際科技合作帶來新機(jī)遇。在"一帶一路"建設(shè)的空間布局中,福建與"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作十分緊密、"五通"基礎(chǔ)好、科技創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)牢靠。在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)新時(shí)代,福建持續(xù)先行先試,開發(fā)了能源節(jié)約、資源循環(huán)利用、新能源開發(fā)、污染治理、生態(tài)修復(fù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),創(chuàng)造了符合生態(tài)文明建設(shè)領(lǐng)域科研活動(dòng)特點(diǎn)的管理制度和運(yùn)行機(jī)制。通過將福建科技國(guó)際合作融合生態(tài)文明建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享、國(guó)際產(chǎn)能合作、關(guān)鍵項(xiàng)目研究、對(duì)外人文交流等四徑并行,發(fā)揮全方位開放的整體效應(yīng),為綠色絲綢之路建設(shè)樹立標(biāo)桿。
