【摘要】：綠色絲綢之路建設為福建開創(chuàng)高起點的國際科技合作帶來新機遇。在"一帶一路"建設的空間布局中,福建與"一帶一路"沿線國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作十分緊密、"五通"基礎好、科技創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡牢靠。在生態(tài)文明建設新時代,福建持續(xù)先行先試,開發(fā)了能源節(jié)約、資源循環(huán)利用、新能源開發(fā)、污染治理、生態(tài)修復等關鍵技術,創(chuàng)造了符合生態(tài)文明建設領域科研活動特點的管理制度和運行機制。通過將福建科技國際合作融合生態(tài)文明建設經(jīng)驗分享、國際產(chǎn)能合作、關鍵項目研究、對外人文交流等四徑并行,發(fā)揮全方位開放的整體效應,為綠色絲綢之路建設樹立標桿。
