【摘要】：政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、軍事關(guān)系是國家間關(guān)系的主要構(gòu)成部分,這四種關(guān)系相互影響、相互作用,對國家關(guān)系具有重要影響。文化關(guān)系是國家間關(guān)系的內(nèi)在交流,是國家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事關(guān)系的精神載體,是國家深層次關(guān)系的象征。隨著全球化深入發(fā)展,國家間的文化交流越來越頻繁,越來越深入,已經(jīng)成為一種潮流。同時(shí),作為國際外交的一種手段,文化交流和文化外交在國家外交中變得越來越重要。作為兩種不同政治文化體制的國家,中國與巴基斯坦卻有著非常良好的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事關(guān)系,隨著一帶一路和中巴經(jīng)濟(jì)走廊的建設(shè),中巴關(guān)系變得更加緊密。但是,相比中巴政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事關(guān)系,中巴文化關(guān)系發(fā)展非常滯后,中巴文化交流特別是中巴民間文化交流比較少,從而阻礙了中巴全面性和深層次關(guān)系的建設(shè)。近些年來,西方發(fā)達(dá)國家的文化和價(jià)值觀在巴基斯坦的滲透日益加強(qiáng),越來越多的巴基斯坦年輕人逐漸向西方文化和價(jià)值觀看齊,這對中巴文化關(guān)系乃至中巴全面關(guān)系的發(fā)展造成一定的阻礙。巴基斯坦對中國來說是一個(gè)非常重要的合作伙伴,中國與巴基斯坦關(guān)系不能僅限在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事方面,而是要建立一個(gè)全面的長期的合作關(guān)系,包括文化關(guān)系,任何一部分都應(yīng)該重視。中巴友好關(guān)系來之不易,文化關(guān)系作為中巴全面關(guān)系的短板,需要通過加深中巴文化交流來維護(hù)和升華中巴全面關(guān)系。而加強(qiáng)中巴文化交流正是本文研究價(jià)值所在。本文主要研究中巴文化關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀、異同點(diǎn)及困境,并提出一些促進(jìn)中巴文化關(guān)系發(fā)展的措施,希望能對中巴文化關(guān)系和全面關(guān)系建設(shè)起到一定的作用,并為中國文化外交的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The political, economic, cultural and military relations are the main components of the inter-state relations.Cultural relationship is the internal exchange between countries, the spiritual carrier of national political, economic and military relations, and the symbol of the deep-seated relationship of the country.With the development of globalization, cultural exchanges between countries are becoming more and more frequent and deepening, which has become a trend.At the same time, as a means of international diplomacy, cultural exchange and cultural diplomacy have become more and more important in national diplomacy.As two countries with different political and cultural systems, China and Pakistan have very good political, economic and military relations. With the construction of Belt and Road and the economic corridor between China and Pakistan, the relations between China and Pakistan become closer.However, compared with the political, economic and military relations between China and Pakistan, the development of cultural relations between China and Pakistan is lagging behind, and the cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan, especially the folk cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan, are relatively few, thus hindering the construction of a comprehensive and deep relationship between China and Pakistan.In recent years, the culture and values of the western developed countries have been increasingly infiltrated in Pakistan, and more and more young Pakistani people have gradually aligned themselves with the Western cultures and values.This causes certain obstacles to the development of the cultural relations and even the all-round relations between China and Pakistan.Pakistan is a very important partner for China. The relationship between China and Pakistan cannot be confined to the political, economic and military aspects, but rather to establish a comprehensive long-term cooperative relationship, including cultural relations.Any part should be taken seriously.The friendly relations between China and Pakistan have not come easily. As a short board of comprehensive relations between China and Pakistan, cultural relations need to be maintained and sublimated through deepening cultural exchanges between China and Pakistan.And strengthening the cultural exchange between China and Pakistan is the value of this study.This paper mainly studies the present situation, similarities, differences and difficulties of the cultural relations between China and Pakistan, and puts forward some measures to promote the development of the cultural relations between China and Pakistan, hoping to play a certain role in the construction of the cultural relations and the overall relations between China and Pakistan.And to contribute to the development of Chinese cultural diplomacy.
