【摘要】：從創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的視角看,"一帶一路"是中國向國際社會提供的最大公共產(chǎn)品,體現(xiàn)了中國"協(xié)和萬邦"的使命追求和歷史擔當。"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略從概念到規(guī)劃,從倡議到實施,呈現(xiàn)出廣闊的戰(zhàn)略延展性,面對復雜的地域特征,破解了如何行得通的問題。在協(xié)調(diào)推進"一帶一路"建設過程中,中國主張命運與共的命運共同體理念,要求一個國家也不能掉隊,可能發(fā)展有先有后,但都要同舟共濟、水漲船高、共同發(fā)展,做到共商、共建、共享,共擔責任,實現(xiàn)合作共贏。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of innovation and development, Belt and Road is the largest public product provided by China to the international community, which embodies the mission pursuit and historical responsibility of China's "Concorde Wanbang". "Belt and Road's strategy, from concept to planning, from initiative to implementation, presents broad strategic extensibility. In the face of complex regional characteristics, the problem of how to work is solved.In promoting the construction of "Belt and Road" in a coordinated manner, China advocates the concept of destiny and the common destiny community, and requires that a country should not be left behind, that there may be development before it, but that it should all work together in the same boat and tide and develop together.Achieve common discussion, co-construction, sharing, shared responsibility, achieve win-win cooperation.
