后殖民主義視角下的城市空間文化殖民思辨

【摘要】:在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局全球化的趨勢(shì)之下,中國(guó)通過(guò)“引進(jìn)來(lái)”境外的資本、技術(shù)、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及文化思想等,在發(fā)展的浪潮中不斷提升綜合國(guó)力,已經(jīng)為實(shí)施“走出去”戰(zhàn)略奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。近年來(lái),伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的全面開(kāi)放,不僅中國(guó)的企業(yè)走了出去,“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的提出更為中國(guó)文化“走出去”創(chuàng)造了良好機(jī)遇。然而,無(wú)論是“引進(jìn)來(lái)”還是“走出去”,“文化殖民主義”都成為橫亙?cè)谥袊?guó)文化發(fā)展道路上的阻礙。文化殖民思想源于殖民主義階段。殖民時(shí)代后期,西方殖民者逐漸放棄以領(lǐng)土制服和武裝霸權(quán)進(jìn)行的殖民主義活動(dòng),通過(guò)西方中心主義和霸權(quán)文化等的文化意識(shí)形態(tài)的輸出,實(shí)現(xiàn)征服他者的目的,而城市物質(zhì)空間則是這種文化殖民思想的重要體現(xiàn)之一。其中,文化殖民主義實(shí)施力度最高、體現(xiàn)最充分的城市物質(zhì)空間便是殖民地的規(guī)劃建設(shè)。定位為殖民政府政治經(jīng)濟(jì)中心的大城市成為宗主國(guó)城市規(guī)劃和建筑設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)田,為了彰顯其文化話(huà)語(yǔ)權(quán),快速實(shí)現(xiàn)統(tǒng)治階層的權(quán)力與地位,殖民地規(guī)劃和建筑具有濃厚的文化政治思想。當(dāng)今,這種文化殖民并未消失,只是以更為隱匿的姿態(tài)進(jìn)行延續(xù)。筆者借鑒后殖民主義文化批評(píng)的方法,通過(guò)分析偽滿(mǎn)洲國(guó)時(shí)期的長(zhǎng)春“新京”規(guī)劃、法屬摩洛哥時(shí)期的拉巴特和卡薩布蘭卡的城市規(guī)劃和建設(shè),以及法屬阿爾及利亞時(shí)期的阿爾及爾炮彈規(guī)劃,以揭示“殖民地”城市物質(zhì)空間形式與文化殖民的關(guān)聯(lián)性。本文旨在認(rèn)識(shí)資本主義文化霸權(quán)的內(nèi)在邏輯,促使我們對(duì)當(dāng)前城市規(guī)劃和城市建設(shè)諸多現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的原因保持清醒的認(rèn)識(shí),一方面通過(guò)解構(gòu)西方霸權(quán)話(huà)語(yǔ),判斷在城市和建筑空間中是否暗含文化侵略思想,避免文化“引進(jìn)來(lái)“時(shí)的無(wú)意識(shí)“被殖民”;另一方面,尋求合適的方式構(gòu)建對(duì)外城市建設(shè)和文化交流,規(guī)避可預(yù)見(jiàn)的問(wèn)題,避免文化“走出去”時(shí)遭遇文化殖民誤讀。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of the globalization of the world economic pattern, China has continuously enhanced its comprehensive national strength in the tide of development through the introduction of overseas capital, technology, management experience, and cultural ideas.Has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the "going out" strategy.In recent years, with the overall opening of China's economy and society, not only Chinese enterprises have gone out, but also the strategic concept of "Belt and Road" has created a good opportunity for Chinese culture to "go out".However, cultural colonialism has become a hindrance to the development of Chinese culture.The thought of cultural colonization originates from the stage of colonialism.In the late colonial period, Western colonists gradually abandoned the colonial activities carried out by territorial uniforms and armed hegemony, and achieved the goal of conquering others through the export of cultural ideologies such as Western centralism and hegemonic culture.The urban material space is one of the important embodiment of this cultural colonial thought.Among them, cultural colonialism is the most powerful and the most abundant urban material space is the planning and construction of the colony.As the political and economic center of the colonial government, the big city became the experimental field of urban planning and architectural design of the sovereign state. In order to show its cultural right of speech, it quickly realized the power and status of the ruling class.Colonial planning and architecture have strong cultural and political ideas.Today, this culture of colonization has not disappeared, but with a more hidden posture to continue.The author draws lessons from the method of postcolonial cultural criticism, through the analysis of the "new Beijing" plan of Changchun in the period of pseudo-Manchukuo, and the urban planning and construction of Rabat and Casablanca in the period of French Morocco.And the Algiers cannonball program in French Algeria to reveal the relationship between the material space form of the "colony" city and the cultural colonization.The purpose of this paper is to understand the inner logic of capitalist cultural hegemony, and to urge us to keep a clear understanding of the causes of many phenomena in urban planning and urban construction, on the one hand, by deconstructing western hegemonic discourse,To determine whether the idea of cultural aggression is implicit in the city and the architectural space, to avoid the unconscious "colonization" of culture when it is "introduced"; on the other hand, to seek suitable ways to construct foreign urban construction and cultural exchanges in order to avoid foreseeable problems,To avoid cultural "going out" encountered cultural colonial misreading.
