【摘要】：歐亞地區(qū)是歷史上古代"絲綢之路"的樞紐地帶,也將是構(gòu)建"絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶"的關(guān)鍵地段。圍繞"一帶一路"倡議,中國(guó)周邊外交在歐亞地區(qū)積極展開(kāi)。以高度政治互信關(guān)系為基礎(chǔ),將建設(shè)"一帶一路"作為打造命運(yùn)共同體地區(qū)實(shí)踐的認(rèn)同正在歐亞地區(qū)被廣泛接受。在上海合作組織多邊框架內(nèi)和中國(guó)與歐亞各國(guó)雙邊經(jīng)濟(jì)合作不斷深入發(fā)展的前提下,以促進(jìn)歐亞地區(qū)經(jīng)貿(mào)便利化為目標(biāo)的互聯(lián)互通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)已經(jīng)初見(jiàn)成效。在"復(fù)興絲綢之路"的口號(hào)激勵(lì)下,以教育、文化、藝術(shù)、科研、旅游為主要形式的人文合作已在歐亞地區(qū)蓬勃展開(kāi)。2017年的北京"一帶一路"國(guó)際合作高峰論壇檢驗(yàn)了歐亞地區(qū)階段合作的有效性和正確性,并提升這一區(qū)域合作進(jìn)入更高水平。
[Abstract]:Eurasia is the hub of the ancient Silk Road in history, and will also be the key area to construct the Silk Road Economic Belt.Around Belt and Road's initiative, China's peripheral diplomacy has been actively developed in Eurasia.Based on the relationship of high political mutual trust, it is widely accepted in Eurasia to build "Belt and Road" as the practice of building a community of destiny.Within the multilateral framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and the continuous development of bilateral economic cooperation between China and Eurasian countries, the construction of interconnection infrastructure aimed at promoting economic and trade facilitation in the Eurasian region has achieved initial results.Inspired by the slogan "Revival of the Silk Road", education, culture, art, scientific research,Tourism as the main form of cultural cooperation has flourished in the Eurasian region. The 2017 Beijing "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum tested the validity and correctness of the stage cooperation in the Eurasian region, and promoted the regional cooperation to a higher level.
