【摘要】：隨著2016年10月1日國際貨幣基金組織正式宣布人民幣成為國際貨幣基金組織特別提款權(quán)SDR貨幣籃子的一員,并且人民幣所占的權(quán)重高達(dá)10.92%,超越日元與英鎊緊隨美元與歐元所占比重,成為貨幣籃子中的占比第三大的國際特別提款權(quán)貨幣。這一重要進(jìn)程意味著人民幣在國際范圍內(nèi)能夠自由使用的權(quán)利得到了國際社會(huì)的正式認(rèn)可。我們實(shí)施的人民幣國際化的進(jìn)程向前邁進(jìn)了堅(jiān)實(shí)有力的一步,為貿(mào)易發(fā)展打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。國際金融經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)向來是沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)場,其中匯率數(shù)字的波動(dòng)更是牽一發(fā)而動(dòng)全身,所以在國家與國家之間經(jīng)常會(huì)因匯率事件而擦槍走火。匯率的稍微變化會(huì)帶來進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的巨大影響,關(guān)乎企業(yè)發(fā)展的身家性命,因此匯率一直是各個(gè)大國之間博弈的重中之重。現(xiàn)如今中國有信心也有決心走上人民幣國際化的道路,以此為我國的對外貿(mào)易發(fā)展提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的保障,讓國際金融與國際貿(mào)易真正的接軌。因此我們有必要在如今轟轟烈烈的人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中,探究其對中國貿(mào)易的發(fā)展影響并做一定的分析研究。在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的重要時(shí)期,我國人民幣國際化進(jìn)程的加深,必然對我國新一輪的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)改革帶來重大影響。本文以人民幣國際化為大背景,通過從多方面分析目前人民幣的進(jìn)程,現(xiàn)狀,對目前我國所處的人民幣發(fā)展情況有一定的了解,與此同時(shí)本文作者將會(huì)利用理論分析法,來分析貨幣國際化的相關(guān)理論以及貨幣國際化對一個(gè)國家貿(mào)易的關(guān)聯(lián)性,得出人民幣的國際化程度與一國的對外貿(mào)有一定的相關(guān)性。除了遇到的積極效應(yīng),我國在外貿(mào)易的開展中依然也存在著相關(guān)的問題和前進(jìn)的阻力:其中包括受到人民幣匯率波動(dòng),那些對外貿(mào)易往來比較密切的企業(yè)在進(jìn)出口方面會(huì)受到更多不確定因素影響。進(jìn)而緊接著分析在人民幣國際化進(jìn)程不斷加深的情況下,其發(fā)展將會(huì)給我國的貿(mào)易發(fā)展帶來的各種機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),包括:促進(jìn)中國邊境貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,降低匯價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),低結(jié)算成本,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)企業(yè)發(fā)展,提升我國對外貿(mào)易的話語權(quán),尤其是在一帶一路戰(zhàn)略背景下推動(dòng)同沿線國家的貿(mào)易發(fā)展但同時(shí)因國際化貨幣發(fā)展也會(huì)給國內(nèi)處在改革浪口的制造業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來一定的沖擊,給對外貿(mào)易的經(jīng)濟(jì)安全性帶來威脅,讓我國的出口增速放緩,這些都需要我們及早做好相應(yīng)的防范對策來應(yīng)對人民幣國際化大浪潮帶來的這些問題。為此作者針對相關(guān)問題以及從日元國際化對外貿(mào)影響中提出相關(guān)對策。
[Abstract]:With the official announcement by the International Monetary Fund on October 1, 2016, that the renminbi is a member of the International Monetary Fund's Special drawing Rights (SDR) currency basket,And the yuan's weight is as high as 10.92, overtaking the yen and sterling as the third-largest international SDR currency in the basket, following the dollar and the euro.This important process means that the right of the yuan to be freely used internationally is officially recognized by the international community.Our internationalization of the RMB has taken a solid step forward and laid a solid foundation for the development of trade.The international financial and economic society has always been a battlefield without gunsmoke, among which the fluctuation of exchange rate figures has been a drag on the whole body. Therefore, the exchange rate incidents between countries often cause a gun to go off.A slight change in the exchange rate will bring a great impact on the import and export trade, which is related to the development of enterprises, so the exchange rate has always been the most important game between the big countries.Nowadays, China is confident and determined to go on the path of RMB internationalization, so as to provide a solid guarantee for the development of China's foreign trade, so that international finance and international trade can be truly integrated.Therefore, it is necessary for us to explore the impact of RMB internationalization on China's trade and make some analysis and research.In the important period of China's economic reform, the deepening of the internationalization process of China's RMB will inevitably have a great impact on the new round of economic structure reform in China.Based on the background of RMB internationalization, this paper analyzes the process and status of RMB from many aspects, and has a certain understanding of the current situation of RMB development in China. At the same time, the author of this paper will use the theoretical analysis method.By analyzing the relevant theories of currency internationalization and the relevance of currency internationalization to a country's trade, it is concluded that the degree of RMB internationalization has certain correlation with a country's foreign trade.In addition to the positive effects encountered, there are still related problems and obstacles to progress in the development of China's external trade: including the volatility of the RMB exchange rate.Those firms with close foreign trade will be affected by more uncertainties in terms of import and export.Then it analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the RMB will bring to China's trade development, including: promoting the development of China's border trade, reducing the exchange rate risk, and low settlement costs.To promote the development of domestic enterprises and the right to speak in China's foreign trade,Especially in the context of Belt and Road's strategy to promote the development of trade with countries along the route, but at the same time, because the development of international currency will also have a certain impact on the development of domestic manufacturing industry, which is at the mouth of reform.It threatens the economic security of foreign trade and slows down the export growth rate of our country. All of these need us to make corresponding preventive measures as soon as possible to deal with these problems brought by the great wave of RMB internationalization.For this reason, the author puts forward some countermeasures from the impact of yen internationalization on foreign trade.
