【摘要】：學(xué)術(shù)界普遍意識到全球化進(jìn)程受阻的現(xiàn)狀以及中國主導(dǎo)的"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化及全球化中的地位。2009年世界銀行從"距離、密度、分割"等經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)視角研究世界經(jīng)濟(jì)地理的重塑問題。"一帶一路"怎樣借助大推動理論助推全球發(fā)展價值并從"距離、密度、分割"的動力機(jī)制重塑世界經(jīng)濟(jì)地理,帶動全球發(fā)展價值提升,是區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的重要問題。在后危機(jī)時代新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)下,"一帶一路"作為亞洲生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要戰(zhàn)略組成,同北美生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、歐洲生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)類似,有助推區(qū)域生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展、壯大的"動力機(jī)制"。有望形成普遍大規(guī)模投資,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)"密度"規(guī)模溢出效應(yīng)發(fā)揮,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)與互聯(lián)互通縮短了世界主要區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)"距離",沿線國家普遍發(fā)展與一體化減少"分割"問題,使該區(qū)域成為助推全球發(fā)展價值提升的新動力中心。"一帶一路"推動亞太地區(qū)生產(chǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化升級、實(shí)施亞太地區(qū)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、普遍進(jìn)行大規(guī)模投資,助推基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施優(yōu)化升級,是當(dāng)今全球化"破冰"關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The academic community is generally aware of the current situation of the obstructed process of globalization and the position of the China-led "Belt and Road" strategy in regional economic integration and globalization. In 2009, the World Bank started from "distance, density",From the perspective of economic geography such as division, this paper studies the remodeling of world economic geography.Belt and Road "how to promote the value of global development with the help of the theory of big push and reshape the world economic geography from the dynamic mechanism of" distance, density and division "is an important problem in the regional development strategy.Under the new normal economy in the post-crisis era, Belt and Road, as an important strategic component of the Asian production network, is similar to the North American production network and the European production network, and has a "dynamic mechanism" to promote the development and growth of the regional production network.It is expected that widespread and large-scale investment will be formed, that economic "density" spillover effects will be brought into play, that infrastructure construction and connectivity will shorten the economic "distance" of the major regions of the world, and that the development and integration of countries along the route will reduce the problem of "fragmentation".To make the region a new powerhouse to boost global development value. "Belt and Road "promoting the optimization and upgrading of the production network in the Asia-Pacific region, implementing regional economic integration in the Asia-Pacific region, carrying out large-scale investment generally, and promoting the optimization and upgrading of infrastructure are the key points of" breaking the ice "in today's globalization.
