【摘要】：由于大國不斷的更換地緣戰(zhàn)略楔子,緬甸在大國之間的幾輪地緣戰(zhàn)略角逐中絕對地理位置沒有改變,但其地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位價(jià)值卻幾經(jīng)變換。隨著美國重返亞太、中國"一帶一路"的提出,大國在緬甸的博弈更加劇烈,其地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位的價(jià)值越發(fā)突顯,引發(fā)了更多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的關(guān)注,形成了一種緬甸對中國地緣戰(zhàn)略不可替代的觀點(diǎn)。全文通過對海權(quán)論、心臟地帶論、邊緣地帶論、多級世界模式、大棋局等古典和現(xiàn)代地緣戰(zhàn)略理論分析,得出:不同地緣戰(zhàn)略理論強(qiáng)調(diào)了不同的地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位,同時(shí)地緣戰(zhàn)略具有主體間性,區(qū)位隸屬于地緣戰(zhàn)略,進(jìn)而推導(dǎo)出地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位具有主體間性。并以緬甸為例,通過考察分析緬甸在二戰(zhàn)時(shí)期、冷戰(zhàn)期間、新中國成立初期及中國崛起之后四個(gè)時(shí)期的地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位演變狀況,解釋了為何在大國博弈下緬甸的絕對地理位置沒有改變,但地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位的價(jià)值卻發(fā)生了變化,從而進(jìn)一步論證了地緣戰(zhàn)略區(qū)位具有主體間性。最后從主體間性角度對我國未來對緬甸的地緣戰(zhàn)略抉擇提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Due to the constant change of geo-strategic wedges among major countries, Myanmar's absolute geographical position has not changed in several rounds of geo-strategic competition among great powers, but its geo-strategic location value has changed several times. As the United States returns to the Asia-Pacific region, China's "Belt and Road" proposed that the game between the great powers in Myanmar is more intense, and the value of its geo-strategic location is becoming more prominent, which has aroused the concern of more scholars at home and abroad. Myanmar has formed an irreplaceable view of China's geo-strategy. This paper analyzes the classical and modern geostrategic theories such as sea power theory, heartland theory, marginal zone theory, multi-level world model, big chess game, etc. It is concluded that different geostrategic theories emphasize different geo-strategic location, and geostrategy has intersubjectivity, which belongs to geo-strategy, and then deduces that geo-strategic location has intersubjectivity, and takes Myanmar as an example. By investigating and analyzing the geostrategic location evolution of Myanmar in the period of World War II, during the Cold War, in the early days of the founding of New China and after the rise of China, this paper explains why the absolute geographical position of Myanmar has not changed under the game of great power. However, the value of geo-strategic location has changed, which further demonstrates the intersubjectivity of geo-strategic location. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for China's future geo-strategic choice to Myanmar from the perspective of intersubjectivity.
