【摘要】：青藏高原對于中國具有獨特而巨大的地緣政治意義,它辯證地展示了:(1)青藏高原與中國整體安全的關(guān)系;(2)以西藏為重心的中國邊地與中國中央政府的關(guān)系;(3)中國與南亞次大陸及中亞伊朗高原國家的關(guān)系。不僅如此,青藏高原還對聯(lián)結(jié)中國與世界的"一帶一路"關(guān)鍵線路安全有著無與倫比的保障作用。從青藏高原之巔俯瞰,古今絲綢之路從亞洲由東迤西伸向歐洲。至其中腰,海上和陸上絲綢之路就像環(huán)繞青藏高原南北的兩條彩帶,而屹立其中的青藏高原則像護衛(wèi)沿兩條絲路來往人民的沖天石堡。1950年1月2日,毛澤東致電彭德懷等,強調(diào)"西藏人口雖不多,但國際地位極重要"。中國因擁有青藏高原而獨有的地緣政治優(yōu)勢在世界各國中是絕無僅有的,中國也因此不用任何領(lǐng)土擴張而用與沿岸國家合作的方式就可以將其經(jīng)濟政治影響力推進到印度洋,并以此優(yōu)勢護衛(wèi)經(jīng)此路線的"絲路"利益。
[Abstract]:The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau has a unique and enormous geopolitical significance for China. It dialectically demonstrates the relationship between the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and China's overall security. (2) the relationship between China's border areas with Tibet as the center of gravity and China's central government; and (3) China's relations with the South Asian subcontinent and the Central Asian countries of the Iranian plateau. Not only that. The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau also plays an unparalleled role in safeguarding the safety of "Belt and Road", a key route linking China and the world. From the top of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the ancient and modern Silk Road stretched from east to west to Europe. The sea and land Silk Road are like two colored ribbons around the north and south of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the high principles of Qinghai-Tibet standing among them are like defending the skyrock-castle that runs between the people along the two silk roads. On January 2, 1950, Mao Zedong called Peng Dehuai, and so on. Stressing that "although Tibet has a small population, its international status is extremely important." China's unique geopolitical advantage due to its possession of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is unique among all countries in the world, Thus, without any territorial expansion, China can push its economic and political influence into the Indian Ocean without any territorial expansion, and thus defend the "Silk Road" interests along this route.
