【摘要】：《"一帶一路"建設(shè)海上合作設(shè)想》再次明確支持福建建設(shè)21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū),對(duì)福建而言意味著機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存、使命與責(zé)任重大。21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū)建設(shè)3年來(lái)扎實(shí)推進(jìn),目前面臨內(nèi)外部環(huán)境變化、區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、多目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜性等挑戰(zhàn)。文章在對(duì)21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū)文獻(xiàn)綜述基礎(chǔ)上,提出21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū)三大目標(biāo)定位;并從取得成效、面臨挑戰(zhàn)、策略分析等考察中,探討21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路核心區(qū)藍(lán)色合作的可行路徑及對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The assumption of "Belt and Road" in building maritime cooperation once again explicitly supports Fujian in building the core area of the 21st century maritime Silk Road, which means both opportunities and challenges for Fujian. Mission and responsibility. The construction of the maritime Silk Road core area in the 21st century has been firmly advanced over the past three years. At present, it is facing changes in the internal and external environment and intensified regional competition. On the basis of literature review on the core area of the 21st century maritime Silk Road, the paper puts forward the orientation of the three major objectives of the core area of the 21st century maritime Silk Road, and faces the challenge from the point of achievement. In the investigation of strategic analysis, the feasible path and countermeasures of blue cooperation in the core area of the 21st century maritime Silk Road are discussed.
