[Abstract]:After the second World War, the world economy is gradually establishing a set of institutional arrangements involving trade, investment and development cooperation, globalization and regionalization mutually reinforcing each other. Since the 21st century, the economies of all countries have developed in a more open direction. The forces of developed and developing countries have changed one after another, and emerging market countries have continued to rise, resulting in the global economic rules dominated by developed countries becoming more and more inadaptable to the existing international economic pattern. The Doha Round negotiations have been blocked. Multilateral investment rules have not yet been established, the international financial system is in urgent need of reform, and the rules of the global economy as a whole are facing restructuring.
