【摘要】：2016中國—東盟動物疫病防控研討會由中國農(nóng)業(yè)部對外合作司、廣西壯族自治區(qū)科學(xué)技術(shù)廳和廣西壯族自治區(qū)水產(chǎn)畜牧獸醫(yī)局主辦,廣西獸醫(yī)研究所承辦。作為中國與東盟以及一帶一路沿線國家進行動物疫病防控技術(shù)交流的平臺,該研討會旨在促進區(qū)域動物疫病防控和畜牧養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)的發(fā)展,推廣優(yōu)秀的動物疫病防控企業(yè),提升區(qū)域經(jīng)濟實效和學(xué)術(shù)交流,如今已成功舉辦至第七屆。應(yīng)獸醫(yī)研究所的要求,廣西大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院派遣筆者擔任本次研討會的口譯工作。本文采用翻譯實踐報告的形式,從項目描述、譯前準備、口譯分析、口譯質(zhì)量評估和結(jié)論五個章節(jié)對本次實踐過程進行研究。第一章對任務(wù)背景和過程進行了介紹。第二章詳細描述了譯前準備過程,包括長期準備和短期準備。第三章分為中譯英和英譯中兩個部分,將口譯過程中遇到的問題與口譯理論相結(jié)合,以釋意理論為指導(dǎo)討論如何應(yīng)對發(fā)言者邏輯混亂、信息重復(fù)、語法句法錯誤、句子不完整等問題;通過Daniel Gile和Roderick Jones提出的口譯應(yīng)對策略討論如何處理發(fā)言者的語音變體問題,并運用譯員角色相關(guān)理論討論譯員在口譯過程中起到的協(xié)調(diào)作用。第四章和第五章對本次任務(wù)進行了多方面的評估并總結(jié)得出本文的結(jié)論。值得注意的是,本次會議語料帶有鮮明的地方語音特色,具有較高的分析價值,希望本課題能為口譯研究及地方性翻譯人才培養(yǎng)提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The 2016 China-ASEAN Symposium on Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases was sponsored by the Department of Foreign Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Department of Science and Technology of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region and the Bureau of Fisheries, Livestock and Veterinary Medicine of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region. Guangxi Veterinary Research Institute. As a platform for the exchange of animal disease prevention and control technology between China and ASEAN and countries along Belt and Road, the seminar aims to promote the development of regional animal disease prevention and control and animal husbandry techniques. To promote excellent animal disease prevention and control enterprises, to enhance regional economic effectiveness and academic exchanges, which have now been successfully held to the seventh session. At the request of the Veterinary Research Institute, The author of the Foreign language School of Guangxi University is assigned to the interpretation work of this seminar. This paper adopts the translation practice report form, from the project description, the pre-translation preparation, the interpretation analysis, Chapter one introduces the background and process of the task. Chapter two describes the process of pre-translation preparation in detail. The third chapter is divided into two parts: C-E and C-E, which combine the problems encountered in the interpretation process with the interpretation theory, and discuss how to deal with the speaker's logic confusion and information repetition under the guidance of interpretation theory. Syntactic errors, incomplete sentences, and how to deal with the phonetic variants of speakers are discussed through the strategies proposed by Daniel Gile and Roderick Jones. Using the theory of interpreter role correlation, the author discusses the coordinating role played by interpreters in the process of interpreting. Chapter four and chapter five make a multi-faceted assessment of the task and draw the conclusion of this paper. The corpus of this meeting has distinct local phonetic characteristics and has high analytical value. It is hoped that this topic can provide some reference for interpreting research and local translation talent training.
