【摘要】：亞太自由貿(mào)易制度供給與新型國際分工之間存在著內(nèi)在的密切聯(lián)系。在現(xiàn)有主要供給方WTO提供的制度安排不能有效滿足需求的背景下,亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)體紛紛達(dá)成各種自由貿(mào)易安排。新型國際分工格局體現(xiàn)了亞太成員的核心貿(mào)易利益。亞太自由貿(mào)易制度供給改革目標(biāo)是建設(shè)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)自由貿(mào)易制度,提高亞太自由貿(mào)易制度的利用效能。在此過程中,新型國際分工影響著自由貿(mào)易規(guī)則體系的重構(gòu)路徑。中國應(yīng)通過加快自由貿(mào)易區(qū)談判、以"一帶一路"為平臺加強(qiáng)新型國際分工合作、建設(shè)國內(nèi)規(guī)則的導(dǎo)出機(jī)制等參與新貿(mào)易規(guī)則的制定過程,引領(lǐng)并推動亞太貿(mào)易自由化。
[Abstract]:There is a close relationship between the supply of the Asia-Pacific free trade system and the new international division of labor. Under the background that the institutional arrangements provided by WTO, the main supplier, cannot effectively meet the demand, Asia-Pacific economies have reached various free trade arrangements. The new international division of labor reflects the core trade interests of Asia-Pacific members. The goal of the supply reform of the Asia-Pacific free trade system is to build a high standard free trade system. In the process, the new international division of labor affects the path of reconstruction of free trade rules system. China should speed up the free trade area negotiations. Taking "Belt and Road" as the platform to strengthen the new type of international division of labor cooperation, build the export mechanism of domestic rules and participate in the process of making new trade rules, lead and promote the Asia-Pacific trade liberalization.
