【摘要】：從世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展規(guī)律來(lái)說(shuō),經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不會(huì)從根本上出現(xiàn)逆轉(zhuǎn)和退潮的趨勢(shì)。但是,當(dāng)下的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程正遭遇外部危機(jī)沖擊影響、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性困境、發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家空心化發(fā)展、全球性不平等上升、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理缺陷等嚴(yán)重沖擊和困擾。本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展實(shí)踐和國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)理論創(chuàng)新的層面,反思經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的困境及其內(nèi)在機(jī)理,從而更準(zhǔn)確地把握和理解經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的內(nèi)在規(guī)律、實(shí)踐邏輯與變化特征。未來(lái)時(shí)期,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化將繼續(xù)發(fā)展,但經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的模式面臨修復(fù)和調(diào)整,經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展的動(dòng)力、內(nèi)涵、規(guī)模、速度和結(jié)構(gòu)將會(huì)發(fā)生深刻變化。尤其是中國(guó)提出的"一帶一路"建設(shè)新理念,將有助于推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的自我修復(fù)和完善,有助于構(gòu)建更加公平和包容性發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展機(jī)制,推動(dòng)新一輪全球化繼續(xù)深化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In terms of the law of world economic development, economic globalization will not fundamentally reverse and reverse the trend of tide. However, the current process of economic globalization is being affected by the impact of external crises, and the structural predicament of the global economy. The hollow development of developed countries, the rise of global inequality, the defects of global economic governance and other serious shocks and problems. This paper from the development practice of economic globalization and the innovation of international economic theory, Reflecting on the predicament of economic globalization and its internal mechanism, so as to grasp and understand more accurately the inherent laws, practical logic and changing characteristics of economic globalization. In the future, economic globalization will continue to develop. However, the development model of economic globalization is facing repair and adjustment, and the motive force, connotation, scale, speed and structure of economic globalization will undergo profound changes. It will help to promote the self-repair and perfection of economic globalization, to build a more equitable and inclusive development mechanism of economic globalization, and to further deepen the development of the new round of globalization.
