【摘要】：隨著兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)往來的日漸頻繁,兩岸金融市場日趨融合,2015年福建自貿(mào)區(qū)的成立更為兩岸金融合作提供了重要平臺。然而,2015年"318太陽花學運"的爆發(fā)致使《海峽兩岸服務貿(mào)易協(xié)議》暫時擱置,臺灣政黨的更替以及兩岸經(jīng)貿(mào)交流的放緩,更使兩岸銀行業(yè)深化合作困難重重。新形勢下,本文以競爭優(yōu)勢為視角,通過對比發(fā)現(xiàn)兩岸銀行業(yè)存在明顯的優(yōu)勢互補,且從競爭力提升速度看,臺灣銀行業(yè)的競爭力發(fā)展速度優(yōu)于大陸,兩岸銀行業(yè)的互補優(yōu)勢恰是影響兩岸銀行業(yè)競爭力提升的關鍵,兩岸銀行業(yè)存在進一步深化合作的現(xiàn)實基礎。基于實證結論,本文從規(guī)模、效益、管理、風控四方面提出了新形勢下兩岸銀行業(yè)深化合作可行路徑,并從制度先行、依托福建自貿(mào)區(qū)、對接"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略等環(huán)節(jié)提出相應的推進對策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing economic and trade exchanges between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait, With the increasing integration of cross-strait financial markets, the establishment of the Fujian Free Trade Zone in 2015 provided an important platform for cross-strait financial cooperation. However, the outbreak of the "318 Sunflower Learning Movement" in 2015 caused the "Agreement on Cross-Strait Service Trade" to be temporarily shelved. The turnover of Taiwan's political parties and the slowdown in cross-strait economic and trade exchanges have made it more difficult for banks across the strait to deepen their cooperation. Under the new situation, this paper, from the perspective of competitive advantages, finds that there are obvious complementary advantages between the banks of both sides of the strait. From the point of view of the speed of competitiveness enhancement, Taiwan's banking industry is developing more rapidly than the mainland, and the complementary advantages of the banks across the Taiwan Strait are the key to the improvement of the competitiveness of the banks across the Taiwan Strait. There is a realistic foundation for further deepening cooperation between banks across the Taiwan Strait. Based on the empirical conclusions, this paper puts forward a feasible way to deepen the cooperation between the banks of both sides of the strait under the new situation from the aspects of scale, benefit, management and risk control, and gives priority to the system. Based on Fujian Free Trade Zone, the strategy of "Belt and Road" and other links are put forward.
